An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was truly a highlight of our vacation! The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is well maintained and high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: in a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches in the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

It was a stay that I could recommend with peace of mind. I would like to thank everyone who has taken an interest in us.

We had a wonderful holiday holiday with our 4 adults and 2 pawed daughters. The location of the house, the size of the four rooms, it was very nice to have their own bathrooms. The living room of the house is very passable and has a very nice burning fireplace. We did not have any heating problems with the heaters in each room. The house has a very nice pool and garden for summer. Both Ms. Meray and Ms. Idil were very supportive in all kinds of matters until they left the first booking stage. We easily parked our car around Hacımemiş mosque, the house is only 5 minutes away. A very beautiful home that we also want to experience Little Lucky summer...

It was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in. The house was really clean, the furniture was brand new and tastefully furnished. Every corner of the pool, garden, and barbecue area was enjoyable. It was also a great advantage that its location was very close to both Alaçatı and the beaches. But what made this experience so special was Mr. Evren's interest and kindness. He took care of every detail and made us feel at home. It's really lucky to come across hosts like this. We would prefer it again with our eyes closed, and we sincerely recommend it to everyone.

This was one of my best Airbnb stays ever! The house itself is gorgeous and was immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with all cookware needed to prepare meals. It is amazing that each room is equipped with its own restroom. Halil met us upon arrival and was responsive, helpful, and generous throughout our stay. We loved our time here and cannot wait to book again next year. We are so grateful to have this experience.

This holiday we went as a family was definitely a good experience. It has a clean, stylish, peaceful, calm atmosphere. Details such as bedding sets and kitchenware were clean. The pool and garden were very well-maintained. It made us feel comfortable, it brought the details we were looking for to life. Mr. Yakup's communication was very pleasant and professional. I only have two minor suggestions: First, one of the double beds was a little worn and creaked quite a bit. This affected the comfort of the accommodation. Renewing it will increase the value of the house. Secondly, it would be nice to have a few packages of tea, coffee, a small salt shaker, and other small but much-needed details in the kitchen. Such subtle touches can make the stay feel more special and complete. Overall, we were very happy, thank you.

We had a calm and peaceful few days as a family. The only unfortunate thing we experienced was the heavy winds on those days. Mr. Aacan and his family were very hospitable. Thank you.

Great place for staying with friends, good location, highly recommended

One of the best houses you will experience on airbnb. A location in the middle of all the important beaches in the best neighborhood of Çeşme. The house is better than it looks in the photos and has all the facilities. If you are going to Çeşme and looking for a place to stay in, you can stay without hesitation.

It was a wonderful experience. We stayed with a large family and 2 dogs. From the moment we entered the house, we felt right at home. The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The fact that each room has its own private bathroom and toilet was a great comfort for a large family. We felt like we were staying in a hotel. Also the living room and kitchen were very useful . It's a great ,thoughtfully designed house really. I cant find a word to say to the garden It was such a home of peace. The pool was very well cleaned and maintained. Our host Mr. Hasan Onur welcomed us very warmly and gave us confidence. Honestly, we didn't have any problems with the house, so there was no problem to call her. My family and I would like to thank him very much for providing him with this amazing holiday opportunity. We will be back without any hesitation. (In addition, the location is easy access to Cesme center and Alacati and many beaches within short car distance and away from the crowds of the district was exactly what we were looking for)

Our stay at the place was really exceptional! The host surprised us with a handmade bottle of wine and homemade börek – that was such a warm and personal gesture that made our stay unforgettable. We went with our group of friends and stayed 4 nights. The location, garden, size of the house were all very nice. Thanks to Mr. Enshku, he provided early entry to the house. We were very satisfied with the house. If I said one shortcoming, it was not the grater:) maybe we couldn't find it, but there was no other deficiency for us. We recommend it.

It is possible to park in a quiet place, it is possible to park around the house, 4-5 minutes by car to the bazaar and places to the places, the house price was very good in terms of performance, it would be even better if a little more attention was paid to the maintenance of the garden, we stayed 8 people, there are all kinds of electronics in the house, we were very satisfied

Şifne is an area that develops as a region and has houses under construction in the vicinity, but very close to the main road and Çeşme/Ilica and Alaçatı. The house has generally calm neighbors, the area is quite quiet, it is calm, only the wind can increase a lot at night, but in general, it has not been overwhelmingly hot. The technological amenities of the house were very good. The washer and dryer work very well for long stays. The kitchen and living spaces are very convenient and modern. The pool was also quite sufficient and enjoyable. Mr. Ali provided a very quick and descriptive response to all my questions. We stayed with our dog and it was a house where he would be very comfortable. There are many grocery stores within 3 minutes of driving, which was very comfortable.

Great place to stay! 15/20 min walk from the centre or a 5 min cab for around 200tl. Alacati is beautiful and so is this place

We only got to stay one night but it was pleasant for such a quick stop over during our road trip through Turkey.

We stayed for 4 nights while attending my daughter’s wedding. 11 of us in total. Halit was extremely helpful, friendly and flexible - and a very nice man - it was a pleasure to meet him and his wife. They even took my wife and I into Alacati for the market on Saturday. Thank you Halit.
