An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was truly a highlight of our vacation! The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is well maintained and high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: in a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches in the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Ms. Ayşe was a really amazing host. She was flawlessly supportive. We've never had such hospitality before. It was both very nice and cozy at the facility we stayed in. Although we stayed for a short time, it was a house where we had a pleasant time. Its central location made it very convenient for us. It will be a house that we will easily prefer in our next visits due to the fact that there is nothing missing in the house and the interest of your host =)

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Enis for everything. He responded quickly and helped with everything. It is in a very good location, walking distance to the bazaar, not even 1-2 minutes. The street where the house is located is very beautiful, everyone starts taking pictures before entering the street. The street was closed to traffic, there was no car noise, we had our holiday in peace. The interior is very nostalgic, very cute. As shown in the pictures. We spent our holiday as if we were in our own home, there is everything we need. The market, bakery, grocery store, everything is within walking distance. It was close to the beaches, Ilıca beach was 6-7 minutes by car, we were very comfortable in every aspect.

Ms. Nihal and her family were very kind and caring. It was a pleasant holiday. The house was easy and convenient to the Alaçatı fountain in a beautiful place in terms of location. The house was very clean and smelled of cleanliness. If I come again, I would recommend this place again

Nice home, nice location

At every stage of our stay from booking to check-out, both Mr. Can and Eli made us feel comfortable as if we were staying in a really close friend's house thanks to their kindness and high-level communication. The location of the house was very good, you can walk to Ilica beach in 2 minutes, there are many cafes and restaurants around within walking distance and migros is right next door. Also, if you came by car, there is no parking problem, the items in the house are very nice and everything was considered (There was even a filter coffee maker!) . The biggest problem in these places is that you may need to buy the basic necessities in the house even for short stays. However, thanks to Mr. Can, he put some of the things you might need in the house, from soap to toilet paper and even shower gel, salt and oil. She was also very thin to call to ask if we needed anything during the stay. We can't wait to come back in the summer season:) Thank you so much for everything. Orkun&Özge

During our stay, we felt at home, it has a very peaceful environment. There are very nice areas in every corner where you can collect memories and take plenty of photos. Mr. Emre, the owner of the☺️ hotel, is also a very interested business owner, and he gave us great directions about places to go for fun. We had a great time. Mr. Tayfun is very friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Ilıca beach. BIM, A101 and ŞOK markets are very close to the house. Perfectly useful apartment for families with children. There are no items in the house. There are plenty of spices, kitchen utensils, kowels, etc. The kitchen is much nicer than in the photo. There are new zero furniture and built-in furniture. The kitchen was great. We watched TV and free Netflix. We felt at home. You can rent it without hesitation.

We stayed at Ferdi's place for a week and had a super nice time. Various beaches, restaurants and convenience stores can be reached quickly. With the Dolmus, other places (such as Alacati, Cesme city) are also easily accessible. Glad to come back!

I think it is one of the best options to stay in the Dalyan region. Parking is available. Walking distance to Dalyan marina. I would like to thank Mr. Kemal for his hospitality. By the way, I would definitely recommend you to stop by Cevat's place when you come to Dalyan.
