The place was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and just as depicted in the photos. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals, and the bathroom was sparkling clean—I especially appreciated the fresh towels and thoughtful toiletries. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly communicative and accommodating. Check-in was seamless, and they shared helpful local tips (like the best cafés and hidden gems nearby), which made my stay feel special. First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Orhan's brother, Mr. Emre, who took care of us. She was very friendly and warm. She was interested and relevant. The location of the house is very nice and a one-to-one place to relax. Everything we wanted was available at home. We felt like we were in our own home. I really highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place like this.

Perfect in every way. It’s 5/5 in every way. Perfect friendly resourceful host; clean and beautiful house; nice views from balconies; amazing big private front yard with lots of trees; extremely quite peaceful place; close to many restaurants and shopping areas; etc. I would give 6 out of 5 if I could. Me and my wife and 3 kids (16, 14, 7 years) enjoyed it so much that we will come back for sure. I don’t write such reviews for every Airbnb I go to.

We had a lovely stay. Good location, nice facilities such as the swimming pool and two bathrooms, top location within walking distance of the center. Quiet environment. Communication with the host went smoothly. A very hospitable and friendly host.

Our family of 8 really loved the property. It is perfectly located, where you are close to restaurants but it is still very quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we spent most of our time outside on patio area. It was just perfect. We are already discussing dates to visit next year

One of the best houses you will experience on airbnb. A location in the middle of all the important beaches in the best neighborhood of Çeşme. The house is better than it looks in the photos and has all the facilities. If you are going to Çeşme and looking for a place to stay in, you can stay without hesitation.

The house was magnificent, in a quiet neighborhood. We provided very easy transportation to Alaçatı with a 10-12 minute drive. The house was clean with everything we needed. The only thing I need to add is that the water did not heat up when everyone took a shower at the same time, but if you take it one by one, there is no problem. I would recommend it to everyone as a great place for a weekend getaway or for long vacations. The host was very interested, he responded to all our messages instantly, thank you again.

It was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in. The house was really clean, the furniture was brand new and tastefully furnished. Every corner of the pool, garden, and barbecue area was enjoyable. It was also a great advantage that its location was very close to both Alaçatı and the beaches. But what made this experience so special was Mr. Evren's interest and kindness. He took care of every detail and made us feel at home. It's really lucky to come across hosts like this. We would prefer it again with our eyes closed, and we sincerely recommend it to everyone.

This holiday we went as a family was definitely a good experience. It has a clean, stylish, peaceful, calm atmosphere. Details such as bedding sets and kitchenware were clean. The pool and garden were very well-maintained. It made us feel comfortable, it brought the details we were looking for to life. Mr. Yakup's communication was very pleasant and professional. I only have two minor suggestions: First, one of the double beds was a little worn and creaked quite a bit. This affected the comfort of the accommodation. Renewing it will increase the value of the house. Secondly, it would be nice to have a few packages of tea, coffee, a small salt shaker, and other small but much-needed details in the kitchen. Such subtle touches can make the stay feel more special and complete. Overall, we were very happy, thank you.

Great place to stay in Alacati, easy to find, park and location is more than ideal, very close to the bazaar but without all the noise! Had all the amenities and the host was great with communication. Would highly recommend if you are planning to stay in Alacati! The pool was also a great bonus for us

Second time staying at a home hosted by Furkan. This place is brand new, beautifully furnished, very spacious with every amenity you could want. We all had our own private space, with the ability to gather together in the large living area, outside front seating are or down near the pool. The lower leave near pool has kitchen are worn fridge, etc so you have do need to go up and down stairs when relaxing by pool. Would stay again and recommend to those wanting to be close to all that Alicati has to offer without the traffic or noise. Was a quick drive or short walk to alicati city center.

I don't know how to thank Mr. Erol, the house is clean with more, there is no shortage, the house is definitely more beautiful than the pictures, we survived a small accident outside the house, thanks to us, the only problem is that we did not have a car and the house was in the area of Şifne, we had some problems getting there, it should definitely be by car, thank you very much for everything, we had a very pleasant week.
