Stone house with heater and air conditioning in Reisdere.

Reisdere is in the center. 5 minutes to Alacati and the sea. All rooms have electric radiators and two bedrooms have air conditioning. The old barn was decorated and made into a dwelling. The house is very spacious as the second floor stands on the grids and the house is very spacious as the ceiling is high. The walls are 40cm thick and cool in winter and warm in winter. Only through the dining room is through-out. Other air conditioners were removed because they disrupted the exterior of the house. There are electric radiators in every room for those who are thinking of staying in the winter.

The house, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, has 1 large bed(150x200), 1 small bed(120x200), and a sofa in the living room that turns into a bed. The house has all the supplies you need such as white goods, TV, air conditioning, WiFi, barbecue. It is in a safe location where you can vacation with peace of mind with your family. Close to beaches.

There are 3 double rooms with high wooden ceiling and air conditioning and bathroom in each room. In addition, there is 1 single room and a shared bathroom. You can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The villa has all the furniture and items needed for a pleasant holiday. Hair dryer is also available in each room. You can enjoy the landscape in the Balinese style with a private pool in the garden. There are two terraces with seating sets, sun loungers and a dining table and a space for your every need and enjoyment.

Private Villa in Alaçatı

Enjoy luxury and simplicity in this centrally located home. Our house is 900 meters to Alaçatı bazaar. We would love to welcome you to our home, which we have carefully decorated with my interior designer wife. Our house is in a very peaceful place as well as being centrally located. You can comfortably enjoy view due to the opening of the front. It is within walking distance of Alaçatı bazaar and the front of the house is clear where you can easily park your car. There is air conditioning in each of our rooms.

In Cesme Sifne our villa is very close to the sea Ilica by car only 5-10 minutes Alacati by car only 10-15 minutes Cesme Marina by car only 20-25 minutes Monarch Beach Club just 5 minutes away Quente Beach Club just 7 minutes away Unique Ilica beach only 5-7 min away Living and dining area as well as a winter garden where you can open the glass doors, there is also a garden area with a barbecue grill. The pool is a private pool and only belongs to this villa.
