I am staying at Mr. Erol's place for the second time. Two friends stayed here before, now I wanted to stay here with my wife. The reason I prefer this place again is the reliability and hospitality of Mr. Erol, beyond the location and view. You can find beautiful views elsewhere, but you can't find a loving host. Everything was sufficiently clean. Even the cats are peaceful. This is a place where we are happy. I hope that in the future, we will all be vigorous, cultured, self-improving, and respectful individuals like Mr. Erol. There is a lot to learn from cats. We would like to thank him very much for hosting us and for all our conversations.

Such a beautiful home! Great location. It is only a little hard to reach by car because of the mountain roads.

The house was very nice. Mr. Seçkin thought of everything in all the details and we were able to reach everything we didn't need. It was spotless and safe, we stayed with 3 girlfriends comfortably. Since we arrived with our own vehicle, we did not have any transportation problems. The location is also very good. The proximity to the sea, the garden, the interior of the house were great. We mistakenly thought one of the mosquito repellents belonged to us, sorry, please, thank 🙏🏼 you so much, it was perfect.

It was very peaceful, we went as a family and we were very pleased, sometimes you can run out of water in the shower for a number of reasons, but it is understandable. There are beautiful beaches around

Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

Resat's place was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were of high quality. Everything very clean, you felt immediately welcome and at home! Resat is a great, accommodating and outstanding host who rents out his house with all his heart. In the area you also felt right at home, the city and surroundings are magnificent! We will be very, very happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment!!!

Beautiful stone cottage right in the heart of old Foca with parking directly outside. Literally a stones throw to the main waterfront, yet quiet location. Highly recommended.

Do not hesitate about the hosts, they answer the questions quickly, and when we entered, they personally came to get the key for the checkout when we said the bathroom of the house was not clean enough, and they expressed their sadness. The place of the house is good, in fact, there is a grocery store etc. about 2 km away, but the roads are a little neglected, so we walked around the house. There are too many mosquitoes, unfortunately, although there are mosquito nets in the house, they can enter the house in the evening and we could not use the garden due to the mosquito. That's why you have to go cautiously when you leave. There are machines, iron, oven and kitchen utensils in the house, so there is no problem. Unfortunately, the power went out in the morning. Since we were going to leave, there was no problem that day, but I think it was a situation in that area. We had a pleasant 2 nights. We left very happy. Thank you for everything..

Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect at home, everything was in active use, from tea to coffee, and there were extra ingredients. We felt comfortable as if we were in our own home. It was a comfortable environment. We thank our hosts for their quick response to our requests. Hope to see you again. Happy holidays.

We stayed for 1 week in June 2024, but we didn't have the opportunity to leave a comment. It was the second time because we liked it so much, but this time we stayed longer. The views from the house are truly spectacular The interior of the house is simple and very tastefully furnished. Also the house has everything you could need and they thought of everything to make you comfortable. Ms. Esra is a very polite, attentive and understanding host. We can definitely stay again next year.

Mr. Birol and Ms. Firdevs did their best to make our vacation go well before we even got home. Since we stayed more than 2 people, they provided us with an extra foldable bed, guided us in Dalyan the day we checked in and out, and even left us by car to our destination. At the same time, the house is also a good accommodation option around Dalyan with its pool, garden and cozy rooms. We thank the hosts again and would definitely recommend this house to those who want to vacation in the area.

The landlady Ms. Simay is very nice and helpful. She was always available immediately and took us out with the most important information. Location is also very good. You can walk in 30 minutes in the alacati Zentru with many bars etc. And in 15min by car/taxi in cesme. Highly recommended.

The location of the house is brilliant. We really enjoyed it. The sunrise is breathtakingly beautiful. A short walk and you are in the small simple village. We loved it. The terrace is a dream and you just go out of the garden gate and into the sea. Wonderful. From my point of view, the house is more suitable for a couple and not for several people. Simple but wonderful. We can really recommend this beautiful place 100 percent. The communication with the travel agency team was also great, although that was not necessary at all, there were no problems. Really gorgeous. We loved it!

The house is on a hill, but we didn't have any problems when we left by car. We had a little difficulty finding it because the navigation could not provide a pinpoint location, but we had no problems after the host informed us. The house was tidy, clean, spacious and beautiful as shown in the photos. The equipment in the house was also complete. We didn't need anything. The beds were comfortable, only the pillows could have been a little softer. It is located in a quiet, calm, nice and relaxing area. It is a very good place for those seeking peace. It is a 10-minute drive to the beach, the port. Karaburun center can be reached by car in 15 minutes. Since there is no shopping opportunity in the village, the needs can be met from the center or the port area. In general, it was nice and relaxing. Thanks

Everything was as in the photos, but the sunset… it was much more beautiful than in that photo. I recommend you watch it on this porch. The house was very clean, all the necessary tools and equipment were considered. It was very enjoyable for us and it has become one of the places we plan to come back to. Thank you again✨

We had a wonderful stay – the house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It’s just a short distance to the center of Cunda and also close to Ayvalık. Güler was incredibly helpful and made everything easy for us. Highly recommend place!

Everything was very nice, the interest and closeness of the hosts made us feel as if we were in our own home. The house facilities are also quite sufficient, especially the 3 bathrooms and the garden was very comfortable. The site has its own beach, but the showers and toilets were not open when we went, so we couldn't use it, but it was within walking distance of the house, and it was quite clean and enjoyable. A pleasant location where you can go as a family, very close to Alaçatı and Çeşme, we were very pleased :)

I can say that the house is exactly as pictured or even more beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay. The architectural design of the house was very nice and the garden was very pleasant. We also enjoyed protecting the privacy in the garden. The house is located in the center of Cunda, we walked everywhere. It was great to be very close to nice cafes and restaurants as well. We enjoyed a special house designed with care. Also, many thanks to the host who responded quickly to all our questions. As a small footnote, the streets in the area where the house is located are quite narrow, it may be useful to get information about parking a car from the front. Since the season has not been fully opened, we did not have any problems, but it may be difficult to drive around and park in the crowded period. I'm sure the hosts also have referrals that are available for these times. We didn't have a problem.

The view of the house is great and a very peaceful place. We also thank the host for their treats. The renovation of the towels and some kitchen items used in the house would make the house much better. Other than that, it's not on the list, but since we didn't even think there would be a hair dryer, we didn't check it, and the people who will come should pay attention to this as well.
