Our stay at the place was really exceptional! The host surprised us with a handmade bottle of wine and homemade börek – that was such a warm and personal gesture that made our stay unforgettable. The apartment was very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal to explore the surrounding area. The host was always available and super helpful. We felt very welcome and will definitely be happy to come back. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Mr. Onur is an extremely kind and caring host. Very fast in responding. Since he lived in Germany, Mr. Abdil took care of us during our stay. He was also a very professional and kind person. The house is exactly as seen in the photos. The pool was important to us, it was a clean pool. Regular maintenance was done while we were there. We liked that the house has 2 floors and separate apartments with 2 separate entrances, it may be preferred for crowded groups. They also helped with early check-in. We had a family vacation full of beautiful memories. We thank Mr. Onur. You can choose with your eyes closed.

We were very pleased with our stay. The host and all the staff were very caring. A stay where we will definitely plan to come back when we go to the fountain.

First of all, the place of the house was very nice . There were all kinds of amenities around. It was very close to the beaches. Our hosts were very caring and polite. When we called for any problems, they immediately offered a solution. Everything was considered in the house. Everything from baking paper in the oven to our water in the jug was thought out and ready. There were fans in every room for those who were uncomfortable with the air conditioning. All the items in the house were extremely clean , quality, tidy and sparkling clean. Bathrooms , rooms , garden, etc. were spotless. It was a house with all kinds of amenities that would feel like you were in your own home . Honestly, I really like the house . It's a much nicer home than the pictures show. Definitely a place I would choose again and again. In addition, our hosts gave us very nice treats. I would like to thank them again from here:) By the way, there is a very nice breeze in the house and we did not turn on the air conditioning once. A perfect home… We stayed for 2 nights as 6 people, we did not have any problems, we did not feel incomplete. Everything was well thought out. It was ready until our towel after the pool. We stayed at Mr. Bulut's house in the city center before, and now we came here again, we are very pleased, I already know him now. Everything was fine, the house was very clean and beautiful Especially for us, the most important thing is that I came with my son, and we did not have any problems with the pool cleaning. It is located in a quiet location, 5 minutes by car from Ilıca beach, the most beautiful beach of Çeşme. It is very suitable for family holidays.

Omer's place was great, we stayed for 3 weeks and totally enjoyed it. I was working remote, the place was in peaceful and silent neighborhood and had a great sea view. Every day I woke up early and walked to sea which is maybe 40m away from the house. it is close to restaurants and beaches also, so there was everything we expected. it was a comfortable stay, definitely want to come back again. Hosts are great very friendly and helpful.

We loved Ms. Hatice's house. Everything we might need was considered. Ms. Hatice was very nice and analyzed. We loved the house so much that we didn't want to go out most of the time. We will be back next year.

First of all, I would like to thank the relevant person, Mr. Özkan. It was a nice vacation where we stayed with my family. The location of the house is ideally available with everything you want to reach. It was never uncomfortable because it was in a quiet neighborhood. The pool for the kids, the garden was nice for them to have fun and linger.

It was a very quiet house compared to the local area, and it was in a great location close to the places to visit, our aunt Aliye helped us a lot, you can come as a family and rent this house, which is the resting focus of your holiday, with peace and security.

The hosts were very welcoming and sent us off . The house was spotless from the kitchen to the bedroom. It is also ideal for families with child (ren). There is a Jbl sound system. You can light your barbecue with a sea view and enter the pool and eat . We will go again soon.

Great house. Very well designed, comfortable and spacious in everywhere, rooms, garden, pool. Pool is very well maintained. Garden is cosy and peaceful. Furniture is worn but nice. Great place for large groups. Higly recommended.

Traveled as a family and we liked the house, in particular the nice garden and various outside seatings. We spent time on the beach, in the garden and drove to Ephesus / Selçuk. Mrs Talia Sirma was so nice, proactive, and friendly - a perfect host. 👍

A quiet and quality neighborhood in the Alaçatı region. Although it was far from Alaçatı Bazaar, we could easily drive there in 5 minutes, the house and the furniture in the house were very clean and very tidy. The pool was very clean, and the house had all the basic necessities.

I was very happy with Mustafa`s place. It was very tidy and clean. The place had everything I needed. I stayed for four nights with a friend of mine for a highschool renunion dinner in Cesme. His place is 5 minutes away from restaurants and stores. Very easy to get to. The bus from Izmir dropped me off on main street, very close to the apartment. I walked for one or two minutes to get to the place. There are supermarkets nearby (2 minute walk) for food shopping and basic needs. The place had an A/C, TV, iron, hairdryer, working electric stove, big size fridge, electric kettle to heat water, plates, pots/pans, silverware etc. We had everything we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful. Mustafa was very friendly, kind and helpful from first communication until we left. Can`t thank him enough for the pleasant experience I had. I will be back! :)
