There are 3 double rooms with high wooden ceiling and air conditioning and bathroom in each room. In addition, there is 1 single room and a shared bathroom. You can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The villa has all the furniture and items needed for a pleasant holiday. Hair dryer is also available in each room. You can enjoy the landscape in the Balinese style with a private pool in the garden. There are two terraces with seating sets, sun loungers and a dining table and a space for your every need and enjoyment.

This 145m2 luxury villa was completed in summer 2023 and is in like new condition. It offers a spacious living and dining area on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the first floor. From the living area you can access the spacious terrace with its own 10m pool and of course a barbecue. Numerous shops (supermarket, pharmacy,...) within a 5-minute walking distance, a large, beautiful beach within 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes to Alacati and Cesme.

Great new house. Great layout of the 4 bedrooms. Very quiet, as it is somewhat remote. Places like Alacati, Ilica and all the beautiful beaches in the region of Çeşme can be reached in a few minutes by car. Otherwise, a dolmuş also runs every minute from the front door to Alacati. Very modern and high-quality furnishings. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. There was nothing missing in the house. Even a barbecue is at your disposal. We will definitely come back. Very, very recommended.

It was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in. The house was really clean, the furniture was brand new and tastefully furnished. Every corner of the pool, garden, and barbecue area was enjoyable. It was also a great advantage that its location was very close to both Alaçatı and the beaches. But what made this experience so special was Mr. Evren's interest and kindness. He took care of every detail and made us feel at home. It's really lucky to come across hosts like this. We would prefer it again with our eyes closed, and we sincerely recommend it to everyone.

Very nice hotel for a longer stay. We traveled with a baby and we could use a baby cot. There is a very nice swimming pool at the hotel, unfortunately we did not use it in May because the water was still too cold. There is a mosque opposite the hotel - it is worth getting earplugs. The apartment itself completely met our needs, unfortunately there was a lot of dust on the plinths and furniture. We would definitely go back there in the future when visiting Çesme

Everything was very nice. We were a little surprised that the guests before us left the tray dirty. We recommend that the pool be maintained, frankly, our hands and feet were cut a lot :/ everything else was enjoyable. It was an experience we would like to come back to.
