Waterfront holiday rentals in Çeşme

Mr. Murat and his wife Asli are very friendly and they answered all our questions, everything was as I expected, hygiene and protection were very important for me, I felt very reliable, it would only be very good if they could make the pool a hot pool, the pool system could use better when the weather is broken... Everything I can do was clean, the kitchen utensils could be selected a little more carefully, we had a very nice, wonderful Ramadan holiday, and the lighting systems were very nice, and all our questions were answered or everything was said to be done for us, if you said the location, everything was available in the center.... I am a guest for the second time this month in a place that I enjoy so much. I feel at home here now. A very friendly and peaceful house, Mr. Şükrü is incredibly helpful and thoughtful as always. He prepared everything before we arrived. Transportation is very comfortable, the air is clean, the sunset on the terrace is unique. We can walk to the sea in 3 minutes in the most beautiful region of Urla. I am very lucky to have discovered this place. Thank you very much for everything, Mr. Şükrü. I hope we did not disturb you. It is within walking distance to the center of Cesme and has all the amenities nearby. It was especially nice to have a garden and a separate entrance to the house. The fountain from now on is an indispensable place for my holidays. Thank you for everything..

Super host and super nice and humble family! Do not aspect any luxury. Its a real Turkish 🇹🇷 Local home humble to the heart. It just like the pictures. I refer again do not aspect luxury. Toilet is a classic humble Turkish style. If you like real experiences don’t think twice! The views are amazing and sun set can make your day 🌞 Plenty of friendly cats 🐈 just outside the building. They might come and ask for food as I feed them for 12 days! If you don’t like cats don’t blame the host!!!

Positive: Location: You have good shopping facilities less than 2 minutes' walk away. Migros and BIM are also nearby. The Dolmuş passes directly in front of the front door in the direction of Alaçati or you can walk in the direction of BIM and go in the direction of Çeşme. Ilica Plaj is nearby, a few minutes' walk to Halk Plaj, it takes about 15 minutes on foot. Amenities include: They really thought of everything from the washing machine with the corresponding washing powder that you can use and the oil in the kitchen that you do not have to buy unnecessarily for just a few uses. Bed was clean, white clean bed linen will be used as in a hotel. The information in the pictures may be outdated. Negative: You have to deal with the fact that it is a bit loud because many cars pass by. Conclusion: The noise can really be overlooked for the central location and the wonderful view. The area is great and you have no problems there as a woman. The host was also super helpful.

This should be the first choice for those who want a quiet, calm and peaceful getaway. Amazing house, what more could the perfect location be… I think the disappointment of those who expect hotel facilities is meaningless, what is presented clearly enough… The host is very caring and open to communication, we have never had any problems, but it is solution-oriented... Some of the details of the house require maintenance (as the shower head should change), yes, this is a fact, but they do not stand out next to the view… Since we went in March, we did not have a fly problem, but we had a hard time heating the bathroom, so we need to find a solution... In summary, it was a terrific experience, the worst part was that it left! Note: the cats are the real host:)

It is a very nice sweet location. The house is calm and quite enough for 4-5 people. We can say that the items are a little old, but we had a fairly problem-free trip. Keep in mind that you have close neighbors and they can easily be disturbed. Mr. Emre is very kind and caring. That's why we didn't have any problems. The people around were fine, too. It's a nice neighborhood. We didn't have a parking problem or a problem at home. It's an amazing price performance.

If you want a peaceful holiday, it will be a very refined choice. Ms. Bala's house... The cleanliness of the house, its location, the wonderful sunset, the sincere hospitality of the host Ms. Bala was worth everything. Watching the sun set in the front yard adds life to your life. And the two-legged friends of that neighborhood were so beautiful that they added color to my holiday. So everything was clean and peaceful, thank you.

The house was as it appeared in the photos and had a great location. The beach was lovely; just a few stones as you enter the sea, then you enjoy the soft sand. Having mosquito nets on all the windows allowed us to protect ourselves from mosquitoes. The layout of the house was quite functional and there were enough towels. Ms. Ayla was extremely caring and welcomed all our requests. The house was clean in general, but it made it a little hard to find a no-alcoholic place in the surrounding area. There was air conditioning in only one bedroom, but the fans were enough when we went. Night walks on the beach were not safe, as wild pigs descended at night. A car is a must because there is no place to reach on foot, but there were minibuses to Çeşme. Overall, a home and environment we can choose again; we are satisfied.

Meric is a WONDERFUL host. Incredibly responsive and so kind. We felt right at home with fresh baked goods, filtered water and hot tea waiting for us upon arrival. The house is beautiful - better than the pictures. Very spacious and the pool was great. Literally across the street from the sea and a 2 minute walk to the Çiftlikköy beach. The house is located on a peaceful strip in the nearby town next to Çeşme. There is a local minibus that runs service every 30 mins for 35tl to take you to Çeşme. Local restaurants were great. We had recommendations from her assistant Ugur. Ugur was incredible- very kind man who help us organize taxis, drove us himself and helped with any concerns in the house. One comment- if you are planning to work remote contact Meric first to make sure internet speed has been addressed. This was one bump we had. However when I reached out to Meric she provided an alternative for our work needs with accommodation . Overall wonderful home with amazing host and assist
