Holiday rentals with lake access in Central Texas

We loved staying at this Airbnb! Bill is a great host- very friendly and responsive. The house itself is wonderful, very comfortable for a couple. Location is also great with plenty of things to do nearby (walking distance). Would definitely come back next time we’re in Austin!

We really enjoyed our stay here— the view was so beautiful and all the amenities at the house were amazing. It was very comfortable. Most of all, we’ve never had such a friendly and helpful host. We will return for sure.

We went to Burnet for Mother's day weekend to just getaway from Waco. Niza's place was perfect for our little weekend away from the city. The peace and quiet out there was amazing. To sit outside in the morning and watching the deer walk by to sitting outside in the evening watching the sunset and listening to the frogs. There was no water back behind which we knew but it was still beautiful. Was definitely what we needed and if we go back to Burnet we will definitely book again with Niza. She messaged to make sure checking in and everything went well and to let me know to reach out if need anything and even wish me to have a wonderful mother's day weekend.

We had an amazing stay at Jesse’s place. The hilltop view was gorgeous. We enjoyed time at the pool, and the walk to the lake made a nice morning or afternoon stroll! The beds were super comfortable, and we cooked using the outside stovetop. It was a great getaway and in a safe neighborhood! Would definitely go again!

Place was beautiful. Neighbors were really friendly. All the amenities were such a plus and my kids enjoyed the pool and the beach the most. We really enjoyed the golf-cart and took it around to explore. This was a great get away in a peaceful place.

Amazing place, will definitely have to visit again in the future

This ia a disturbance neighborhood having too think that I had my truck tools and equipment around made me think twice about leaving it there but quite the opposite felt as if at home, very spacious house had the necessary house essentials, and felt very comfortable, and welcoming. A neighbor from there helped us guide the way for the house it was a little confusing but we made it

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

This is my FAVORITE place in ALL of Texas!!!! What a treat to stay!!!!

We wanted peace and relaxation and we got it! We spent our honeymoon on Gracie’s property, and it was lovely. Had access to hot tub, pool, and fishing dock. Close to town. Host is super sweet and accommodating. Hope to get back soon.

Great base to explore Austin at the quiet end of 6th Street but still surrounded by some great restaurants and bars.

We try to stay here every time we come to Austin to visit family and friends. The condo is comfortable, cute and conveniently located. Luiz and Cristina always go out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Lovely place, really enjoyed our stay at Lydia’s loft. Ingram is very beautiful with the Guadalupe river there, definitely will be back.

We had such a great time at Joes place. It was just as described. Great location walkable to most things on East Cesar Chavez and not far from downtown either. Joe was super helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better host and stay. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

Cute and well stocked little house with an incredible outdoor area and dock.

Silvio’s place was really awesome! We were visiting for a BMT graduation & being able to stay around the lake & make the ~1 hour commute to Lackland was worth it. The lake has lots to do around it & landscape is breathtaking. Silvio gave us a huge, detailed list of recommendations as well, which we were really thankful for! Very clean & felt right at home. Check-in was super easy. This spot is convenient if you are interested in both San Antonio & Austin, as it is a perfect halfway point between the two. Also, the beds were SO comfortable! If we return to this area of Texas again, we will definitely be booking Silvio’s place!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this beautiful little cottage over memorial weekend. The cottage is small but so well laid out that actually there’s loads of space and can sleep a family of 4-6 people easily. We enjoyed being by the river, the nice big lawn (we brought a slip n slide) and its nice and quiet but still close to Gruene and New Braunfels. We had a great time. And the cottage is so beautifully decorated and attention to detail to everything. Loved it. Highly recommend it and the hosts were super helpful but we didn’t really need anything.

I absolutely loved my stay at the cottage me & my family really enjoyed the hot tub. The host is amazing as well really good at communicating! I would definitely see myself staying here again in the future :).

This was our second time staying at the Lake Cottage. My husband and I loved it so much the first time around, that we wanted to come back for our 10th Anniversary! Highly recommend!! This place meets our expectations everytime and is so peaceful and relaxing. Great place to unwind and getaway. The views here are beautiful, and Diane is an awesome superhost! She's friendly, and attentive to all the needs for your stay to be perfect. The Coastal/Cottage decor really makes the place stand out. it's cute and makes for a relaxing vibe! Will definitely be future stays! This has easily become a favorite spot of ours😉

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here.

We took a girls trip and mainly chose this place because of the fact that it’s gated/secure. The house itself is very cute, clean, very comfortable beds/furniture and is well equipped throughout. This place has everything to spend a relaxing weekend with the family/friends with a beautiful backyard view of the lake. Photos don’t do justice! I highly recommend this place and will most definitely book again!
