Amazing apartment for a stay in Austin. Lots of space and everything was done so nicely. Left a really helpful sheet of recommendations also. Easy to walk to main Soco street with really good food and shopping options. The bus runs straight into town from here also. Would recommend to anyone!

Overall, this apartment worked great for my boyfriend and me. The location is walking distance to Barton Springs, had a spacious layout, and the aesthetic was fresh and inviting.

Everything was great!! It just didn't have the pool table that was pictured in the listing. Not a big deal but as a big pool guy I was looking forward to it.

Had a great stay at the apartment, it is as described. Clean. Comfortable bed. Great location for shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Madison is very responsive and friendly host. Will stay again.

The space was very clean I felt right at home Target was a 10 min walk away. A lot of restaurants to eat at at in the area. I paid $6 for a Lyft to go for dinner deeper in the city 10/10 highly recommend

Great stay and highly recommend. Brittany and Team were wonderful. Clear instructions and super slick check in. Covered parking was a huge bonus. I stayed for 2 weeks but also ideal for a couple of nights. Would do it again.

This is our second stay and we just feel so at home here. The kitchen is stocked really well - has some extras that some hosts don't think of if you are preparing food during your stay. The ice machine is great. The king bed is very, very comfortable. It is a nice quiet area tucked into a great location for getting around. Great hosts and I hope we can stay here again on our regular trips to College Station to visit family.

Christopher was a great host. Once of the best we have ever worked with. Hospitality was truly amazing. He accommodated well and was very responsive to any questions we had. Apartment was very clean! In our opinion better than the pictures. Instructions were clear and apartment easy to find. Bathroom was beautiful and equipped with everything we might need. Kitchen was clean and stocked. AC was cold and lighting was perfect! For us the beds were a bit stiff but I have a bad back so honestly it’s not a fair opinion. Pool was well maintained. We have a baby and initially I was worried about how busy the pool was and noise that came with that, but by dark everyone was gone and no one was over the top noisy. Neighbors were very quiet and respectful. Our unit was on the third floor so if you have kids or have a lot of luggage be ready to be out of breath! 😂😂 overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back when in town!

This place was perfect with a beautiful view of the river. It was clean and the furniture layout was great. The appliances in the kitchen definitely could use some updating, but they all worked well. Next time I’m in New Braunfels I will definitely see if it is available.

Highly recommend. Peaceful and serene. Beautiful space. Loved the front porch with rockers and a table and chairs. High ceilings, nice interior and very comfortable beds. Loved the friendly cats. This little cottage was perfect for a little getaway at Fredericksburg. Everything was clean and smelled amazing. The bed was so comfortable it felt like I was at home in my own bed. The location was the best as it was right next to main street and walking distance to everything. The host was extremely clear on instructions. Private parking was amazing and felt very secure and safe. Would stay here again when visiting Fredericksburg!

This Lil honey hole is one of the best places in the area of Dallas/ft.worth worth the money,you get to grill and enjoy the hot tub and the peace and quiet of lake life Rodney has a sweet spot on lake Whitney thank you both for allowing us to enjoy your spot

by far Georgia was the best host ever so hospitable so friendly so proactive to tell me about restaurants nearby and things to do. she went out of her way to make homemade cookies to welcome her and proactively was attentive to our needs and wants. by far so clean so beautiful so peaceful I loved every little bit of the experience I had there with my daughter it truly was a beautiful experience very well worth it and we got to see deer around the property other animals on the other side of the fence it was just beautiful and breathtaking. I strongly advise and encourage people to enjoy themselves here and the bed is just comfortable like no other the bathroom Tip Top with anything you could possibly need super clean same for the kitchen sadly we were not able to take advantage of the hot tub but it was very beautiful.

Place was easy to find and super clean on the inside, amenities were really nice too! Convenient spot, close enough to downtown along with plenty of options to eat out
