I have always loved New Braunfels and staying here will put you a short walk from downtown or the river. Room was incredibly comfortable and puts you right where you want to be for a fun weekend on the town.

Wonderful people. They made my Christmas for myself and my kids. Warming environment, welcoming, fully accommodating. We shared amazing conversation, great breakfast, I wish I had more time to have spent there!

We had such a great time! I lived in Germany for a short bit many years ago and this sweet cozy house reminded me of the experience. It was fun to look around at all the decor from Germany. It was nice and quiet, and just a short uber ride from town. We loved the surprise German pastries put in our room and appreciated the bottled water that we forgot to bring with us! Thank you for being such a lovely host. We’d totally visit again.

What a wonderful night's stay. The suite was simple and honestly perfect. We were surrounded by trees and right next to a very quiet piece of the riverwalk. Took only a few minutes to walk to a scooter point and scooter to our date spot. The main house is only a few steps away where cold water, coffee and tea were always available. I woke up the next morning not feeling my best so my husband was going to go pick up the breakfast for us from the main house but they ended up bring it to our door! So sweet ❤️ the french toast was phenomenal. My husband and I can't wait to come back again and next time for more than one night. Thank you for a perfect date night 🌙

This was a great bungalo. Just as descried, cozy with antique decor. The hot tub was a big hit for us. We ran the spartan race and it i=was just what we needed after a long day of exercise.

This is a small but very cozy home, the RV is super cool and very clean. But the best part is the location and the amount of space you have to just relax and look at the beautiful Brazos river flowing, lots of seating areas, grill to cook out, fire pit would be nice in cold weather. We where in Waco for work, but when off we felt like we where on vacation. I know exactly where we will stay when we are out again.

Highly recommend!! Seven Oaks is a hidden gem and truly less than a 15 minute drive from College Station at a much more affordable price. Our apartment in the former carriage house was immaculate with a spacious living room, full kitchen, and separate bedroom. Breakfast items in the room included juice, milk, and, muffins. Carol and Jim could not have been nicer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will visit again!

We were greeted right away and Walter made sure we got comfortably situated in the lovely, spacious Calvert room. The bed was very comfortable and as we were the only guests, we had the toasty bathrooms to ourselves. Breakfast was delicious and they observed our dietary needs. We would certainly return if our travels take up to the area again.

My husband and I needed a weekend getaway and fell in love with the pictures of The Cellar. Stacey messaged me that it was ready for early, which was amazing! When we got there, we felt right at home and were excited to see that it was even more beautiful in person, plus she had music playing when we walked in and that was just icing on the cake. Stacey was so kind and made sure our experience was stress free and perfect.

Really enjoyed our stay in the B&B! Host was very friendly and we found the space clean and peaceful. We stayed a Saturday night and used the gift certificate to the cafe - great food and atmosphere there.

We loved staying with Mae! It was amazing seeing all of her beautiful artwork and her we loved how cozy and intentional our room felt. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for everything.

Hostess was responsive to questions. Beds were comfortable. We were able to go down and get coffee and a pastry in the mornings. Lots of cute shops around and very convenient to things to do/see

Yes, It was worth every penny. It provided me everything I was looking for and than some. I could not have ask for better surrounding or a better couple to deal with. It was one of my Airbnb gems!!!

We just needed 1 night and found Nanas Place because all the hotels in Waco and surrounding were totally full or very questionable. Out of desperation we found this place. 10 minutes from an event we were hosting and it was so lovely!!! We were wishing we could have stayed a few days!!! Everything was amazing and we plan to stay there again in the future. You will not regret a stay at Nana’s House!!!

We loved Debbie's place. Everything was perfect, and all the little extras made for a great trip. She was super responsive and helpful as well. For the cost, it was an A++. We will definitely be back.

The house is just beautiful. Originally, we booked the Garden room but due to an issue with one of the beds she upgraded us to the master room with no problem. She was quick to respond to messages and very friendly. The homemade bagels and cinnamon rolls were delicious!

Our stay at the Hayloft was perfect. We were in town for a wedding. His location was close to everything, nothing more than a 10 minute drive to hit up "town" or local breweries, wineries & distilleries. Initially we only reserved 1 night, but adding a second night was effortless and Zachary accommodated our intention immediately. The space was perfect, quiet and ended up being quite romantic. The room was private, however we did also enjoy the large space downstairs to enjoy a beer on the deck. The large fans were nice, since it was a blistering 105 degree June day. It's proximity to Twisted X brewery was fun too. Knowing that we could walk through the backyard to enjoy a few brews without worrying about driving was nice. The food truck made it easy to carry home dinner and a 6 pack. The Hayloft exceeded our expectations and we will put it on our list to stay there again someday.

Cute place with friendly owners. Breakfast was nice and it’s is refreshing to get away from people in a serene space.
