Monthly Rentals in Central LA, Los Angeles

This place was everything an Airbnb should be. I was in constant contact with the host who always checked on me to make sure i was okay. Extremely clean. Felt very safe behind the gate of the home. The projector was amazing with tons and tons of options on the firestick. Easy to order food and amazon packages. I would stay here again any day. I was honestly sad to leave after my month was up. I will always remember this cute little place as a staple that contributed to my settling in LA! THEE perfect place!!

Great place within walking distance of most anything you'd want. Candy is a great host, very friendly and easy to get hold of when needed.

I loved my stay at Jojo’s place. It was a beautiful apartment which was perfect for a longer stay in Los Angeles as it had everything that you need. Jojo was so lovely and she was always so responsive if I needed anything. The area is great too with lots to do. I would book this apartment again in a heartbeat.

Location, location .. location. This space has the perfect location if you want to experience the community of Echo Park. Walkable to all local attractions, the stadium, the parks. It has a private gated area to park so the convenience of this rental was outstanding.
