Awesome place. A lot activities for kids. Swimming pool is perfect, the restaurants are great. Lilian was very responsive, quick to respond. Extremely recommend this place.

Very good stay, excellent location, by the sea, very beautiful view. Very good split air conditioner, excellent shower. I just found the mattress a little soft, but the rest was all right.

Our stay was wonderful, the flat is compact, but very functional, everything is very new, very clean and organized. The location is great, with a view of the sea, you can walk to the beach, very easy to get to. Communication with the host was great too, Raul was always very helpful and attentive. The staff at the place are also very attentive and kind. The common area is a spectacle in itself, more beautiful than in the photos. It's really worth it, I hope to return soon.

I stayed with my family in Rafael's apartment and we had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very well decorated, spacious, and is located close to the beach and great restaurants. We had a small problem opening the door at check in, but everything was resolved. We really spent a great week! Rafael is an excellent host, always available and attentive. We love the air-conditioned balcony with barbecue – it was one of our favorite corners. We highly recommend!

The space is certainly one of the best I've ever stayed in. Matheus is an excellent host and the building's staff is really 5 stars. The apartment is brand new, very well decorated and the view is wonderful, as well as being very well located. We were greeted with a welcome guide that surprised me with the quality of the tips, which, despite already knowing Fortaleza, were very useful for us to explore new places. I recommend the experience to everyone and I will certainly return.

Super indico Dona Conceição e Sr. Jose. First time I use the Airbnb platform and I was very pleased. The hosts are very polite, thoughtful, and helpful. They respond quickly when they are called. The property is in excellent condition and meets all the necessities. The property's location is also great, as it is close to the airport, supermarkets, pharmacies, malls, cafeterias, plazas, there are buses at the door and uber. Anytime I return to Fortaleza for sure I will stay with them. The place is very good for children. My son is 7 years old and loved. He said he wants to come back soon. I just have to thank you. See you soon 🙏♥️

Very good house, bed, table and bath very clean. Spectacular view, good communication, internet and TV worked very well. One plus that was well worth the offer of Cook Dna. Zeta which was very attentive, respectful and divinely well kitchen. What I have as a suggestion is that a clear sketch of the intinerary be provided to facilitate the arrival, including I suggest that you do not go to the place in the evening who has not yet gone a first, then quiet. The house is located next to the beach in an extremely quiet location. The house is on a wide, tree-lined lot. Very nice. The home is well set up and cozy. We are 5 people comfortably accommodated. Maria Teciane was very attentive and always responding quickly and helping whenever possible. I highly recommend the house!

One of the best things we did in planning this trip was the choice of the house we would stay in these days. Home is exactly as shown in the photos, Rafael is a host concerned with his guests' stay, helpful, proactive, and very kind. The condominium is a luxury that made a total difference in our stay. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. All very clean and quality bedding. The very equipped kitchen. Apartment easily accommodates 7 people. Air conditioning in the living room was excellent. All air conditioners worked very well. Bath in the bedroom was a differential. Extremely safe condominium. Very clean and with various activities. The ideal is to be by car because on foot it is difficult to get around. We were unable to have breakfast in the restaurant (you need to make reservation). We were also unable to have lunch at the restaurant (it was packed). We had a small mismatch at check-in (information on the key lock code) which was promptly resolved by Mr. Raul. In the end, we felt at home for a week that I was with my family!! Voltaria for sure.

The stay was wonderful! We already knew the Landscape, but our biggest attraction, besides the accommodation, was the beautiful view of the sea! Large, clean, all-equipped place and toilets of excellent sizes and especially comfortable for those who are fat, which was one of our concerns when we were looking for places for the stay! Super recommend! The advertiser was kind and quick when we need to contact him during the rental!

Nice and well located apartment. The hostess responds quickly. I would stay there again, the only thing that was lacking was the TV because it does not connect easily to the apps, other than that, everything was good. All as described on the listing.
