A very well decorated and beautiful apartment. Although the building is old and has many apartments under renovation, Daiane's is wonderful, well-equipped, has everything and was very clean.

Everything was very good in the apartment. The only bad point is the process of entering the condominium. The management of the condominium could carry out a faster and more effective process.

Although the value is a bit salty, I found it a good cost-benefit. The apto is extremely well located, has a wonderful view, the condominium is good, safe and organized. Just the question of charging almost 50 reais a day of energy that I found very expensive. We use well air conditioned only for sleeping and in two rooms. During the day we do not use pq we do not stay in the apt. If the person rents many days, they will be surprised by the energy bill afterwards. Apart from that, it was all wonderful.

The house is beautiful, as in the photos. Very comfortable. The condominium is beautiful too. Anna always responded quickly, I even had a little problem late at night and she responded promptly. In short, my family and I like it a lot. I highly recommend it.

It was the third time we stayed in the apartment of Simplicia. As always, the stay was very pleasant. Apto offers all amenities and is well equipped. An advantage is that the location accepts pet, so this greatly facilitates our trips with our dog. VG has a very family atmosphere, is safe and has a restaurant with good prices inside (which delivers in the apartment!). We will return more often.

My family really liked the accommodation, we had easy communication with the host, very pleasant accommodation, very beautiful and quiet resort, great for children and pets, well-equipped apartment and very close to the beach access, we just think that it was lacking in cleanliness, mainly in the kitchen, and that would be a point of improvement.

Our stay at Raquel's apartment was wonderful! The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos; everything of great quality, a lot of comfort and tranquility. It has everything we need and even more; she is kind enough to leave water, cleaning products and some other kitchen amenities. Everything works perfectly and extra point for the comfort of bed and bath linens. Congratulations on the excellent accommodation that gives us direct access to the beach, very good indeed. The condominium has a large leisure area and access to the beach, restaurants, a grocery store and pizza trailers, burgers and açaí at night. The apartment is on the first floor, close to one of the pools, a beautiful view of the balcony. Very good beds, air-conditioning and electric shower. Bathroom amenities, equipped kitchen. It is designed to make the family stay very enjoyable.

Impeccable accommodation, great location, even more so for me as I was taking a test and the university was next door. Very well organized suite, with all the necessary utensils.

The apartment is excellent, with air conditioning or a fan in every room. All very clean and brand new. Host Maira is super attentive and responds quickly to all messages.

I stayed at the apartment during carnival. The condo is very nice, one of the best that I was on the beaches near Fortaleza. I found the condominium well organized, well cared for, safe, and at carnival there was programming for the children, which was great. Perhaps the only problem of the condominium is the distance to the supermarket, it's about 7 minutes by car, you can't walk. The convenience stores that are inside the condominium break a branch, but they didn't have everything we need while we were there. The apartment is also great, very complete, the beds are good, and there is room for a lot of people. The kitchen is quite complete, we only really miss a mixer to make cake, but otherwise it had everything we need. We enjoyed our stay very much and have already made a new visit to the Manhattan Riviera.

The apartment has everything you need for your stay, with beautiful, cozy and very comfortable decor! The apartment is undoubtedly very cozy, it corresponds faithfully to the photos and what is described. Ease of check-in and check-out. Building security and excellent accessibility. The location of the building is undoubtedly very attractive for tours and quick snacks. Close to everything you need, pharmacy, convenience, bars and a restaurant.

Everything was as planned and agreed, the property was as we expected and the highlight of the stay was the kindness and proactivity of Gervásio and his team, Gabrielle, Mariana and others. We were very pleased!

A beautiful home, equipped and comfortable The apartment is well designed, super equipped with everything we need from the kitchen to the bedrooms, including pool towels. Towels are fluffy and soft as in good hotels. The sea view is a treat to enjoy from the balcony or the bedroom when you wake up. Even, sleeping is a delightful moment because the bedding is soft and the comfortable pillows are new. The ap accommodates very comfortably the 10 people advertised. The condominium has a playground, courts and children's pools and an adult with a wet bar that only comes out from inside after the caged fingers. When we arrived I was quite surprised by a beautiful table and with a mime and handwritten card by Laryssa. An affection that makes us feel at home. By the way, all the time we feel at the home of someone who cares and wants to offer the best so that we feel in a home. More than once we agreed to return, I hope very soon. Thanks Laryssa, we love!
