The apartment is beautiful , a breathtaking view of the sea and the waterfront… the apartment is cozy ,but I missed a renovation in the furniture on the balcony and maintenance in the oven . And more choice of household utensils. The rest was perfect and cozy. Voltaria again.

Excellent house, with good infrastructure, equipped, clean and organized. It is well located, with easy access, and with a beautiful privileged view of the mountains. Ana gave all the support and was promptly clarifying the doubts. Fabiola, a daily housekeeper included in the package, also helped us with breakfast, lunch and cleaning. Super recommended!

The Sítio Boa Vista is simply spectacular , the physical facilities are top notch , with architectural richness and refinement in decoration, quality furniture and unquestionable good taste. Top-rate bed, bed and bath linen. Not to mention the beauty of nature that surrounds the entire property. We take beautiful photos. And it also has the 5-star service of the housekeeper Joaquim and his wife Maria do Carmo , duly advised by Mazé , who do not miss anything at all. Our experience was unforgettable. I chose to celebrate my birthday in a house on the sand, I could not have chosen anything better, everything was perfect house is literally standing on the sand, I mean more, Jacuzzi and swimming pool complete scenery. Details of the decor of the house enchant, complete experience.

An excellent space for a large family. The house is well equipped, very comfortable, excellent beds and the view is really stunning. Very easy access, it is very close to Guaramiranga. I recommend it.

Cordeiro and Caseiro Cezanildo were very kind and helpful. The check-in instructions were clear. We have had an excellent time. The house is in excellent condition, maintenance and everything is exactly as in the photos. We will certainly rent Cordeiro's house again in the future.

Very large house, a great place to go with the family, Renan was always available to answer questions and advise on access to the house. The only point of attention is access, for those who have a low car the ideal is to go with it lightly and carefully, as some stretches are more difficult. Overall is an excellent location, as is the one described in the listing.

My family and I really liked the accommodation! Close to everything and the beach close by. Leamos dog and has a space with excellent grass. Well ventilated and private house. It has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. We were well received and always available for questions.

The caretakers were very helpful and attentive, always available to help with whatever was needed. One of the great highlights was the heated pool, which allowed us to enjoy relaxing moments even with the cold weather of the mountains. In addition, the outdoor area has a fireplace and barbecue, perfect for gathering friends and family. For leisure time, the house offers several board and table games, ensuring fun for all ages. I highly recommend it for those seeking a retreat in nature with comfort, hospitality and great entertainment options.

The Cloud Terrace surprised me. I had already seen it online, but in person it's something else. From the balcony of the room we come across the treetops. I've never felt so integrated with nature. I always seek peace and quiet on my travels and I found it here. All rooms are spacious and the quality of the mattresses and pillows made all the difference in our sleep. Clean bathrooms with great finishes. The little field, treehouse and balcony facing a lookout point were an attraction apart. Lying in hammocks under the trees and watching birds was something I found amazing too. I recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back soon. Our stay was super quiet. We loved the house from the first moment,Samara responded very quickly by clarifying doubts. Very clear in all the information, it was possible to make a flexible checkin.☺️ Even when we arrived she had left ice cold water for our arrival. The house was clean,there were no mosquitoes at night. One point to improve would be the access street to the house,which had the bush high,the gate lock that was not working. The place is excellent,the pool is warm. It was a peaceful and blessed weekend.

Excellent accommodation!! Everything very comfortable and cozy. The beautiful house, looks like film, all in wood, very spacious and pleasant. The surrounding area is breathtaking beauty, amazing nature!! Just a few points I leave as an observation for improvements: 1. The pool was not clean, it had some slime, it was not well treated and suitable for bathing. 2. The toilets did not have toilet paper, I think it could have been communicated and we would take it. 3. The dishwashing detergent was at the end and the sponge well used, looking dirty. These items we could have taken, just a better communication was missing. In addition, everything excellent. The nearby market is a hand on the wheel, we ordered a few times and delivered promptly. Excellent!!

The house surprised us positively. When we arrived it was beautifully decorated for the Christmas period. We were made to feel very welcome by the S. Tonho, the homemade. The house is very large, well cared for, well organized rooms and very well-structured kitchen. Through a trail we have access to a natural pool that is part of the property. We love the house and will mark the return. Only the access to the road there that requires a little attention if the car is low, otherwise everything is perfect. And very close to the center of Guaramiranga. Ideal to be with family. Note 1000!

The place is truly WONDERFUL! A physical space that when we arrived we were delighted. They are a total of 5 suites, we had total privacy and peace of mind. The quality of the furniture used in the house left us enchanted. We were in 13 people, we didn't lack anything It's just great, I highly recommend it. Indico so that others can go through the same wonderful experience we've been through. By the way, the homemaker tb served us every time promptly and quickly. It even has a white bunny that is loose, more beautiful. The hospegagem is just meters from the entrance of the reserve of the almecegas lagoon, to go on foot, for those who like to walk, we went, it was very nice and fun. There's like a little market right on the corner, in the absence of something, it gets resolved. We plan to come back again for sure!

The stay was very good! The house is very spacious and, for a saw house, it is quite comfortable and equipped! The housekeeper was very helpful. The high points were the pondle and the water eye. I hope to return soon.
