The house is beautiful, very well decorated, everything extremely well taken care of. Brand-new, practical, functional and very tidy houseware, linens, towels and utensils. Nothing in excess. The feeling that everything was thought of to be there, nothing was by chance. We were impressed by how the towels smelled at all times. Details make a difference in place, both in decor and in general items. The backyard is a perfect place!!! We play guitar, play, we talk, all in the delight of the backyard of the house. Garden is great for reading, doing nothing, contemplating the day. Barrinha beach is very quiet. We had no problem with neighbors with loud sounds (this is always our greatest fear). The sea is a spectacle on the side. At low tide it disappears. It's just the shallow pools. At high tide is a delicious pool. The home is 30 steps from the beach. Fernanda was always very quick and thoughtful in her responses. Ray took care of us during the stay and very helpful. Perfect!

Modern house, everything clean and new, great space! Comfortable house, all rooms with air conditioning, TV, all bathrooms with electric showers, I loved everything, I will come back again if God wills!

The space is even more charming than in the photos, extremely clean, organized and with a cozy touch that made us feel at home from the first moment. The location is perfect, surrounded by nature, but with easy access to the center, allowing us to enjoy the best of the region. Mr. Carmelo, the owner, was very attentive from the beginning, always available to answer questions and ensure that our stay was impeccable. And Juliano, the caretaker, welcomed us with kindness and care, and gave us great tips about the surroundings. The house has everything we needed: a full kitchen, comfortable rooms and an incredible outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and enjoying family moments. It was an unforgettable weekend, and we'll definitely be back! I highly recommend this accommodation for those seeking tranquility, quality and exceptional service.

Casa Sol Nascente da Kátia An excellent accommodation option! The house is cozy, spacious and very well cared for. The rooms are large, airy and with extremely comfortable beds. The toilets perfectly meet the needs, all equipped with new electric showers. The kitchen is large, very well equipped and ideal for those who like to cook. The leisure area is wonderful, perfect for moments of rest and fun. The location of the house is also excellent, making it easy to access several points of the city. About the Host: Simply spotless! Kátia is very attentive, resolute and still offers great tips for bars and restaurants in the area. We would definitely return!

Very quiet. You feel very safe and comfortable there! Gladly again, everything is clean and very pleasant with the air conditioners. To the center ofCombuco (Caucaia) by foot 15 min away. We always drove by car. Very close to the beach location, you feel comfortable there!

The house corresponds to photos posted, by the way... the house is much more than the photos show, the house is still and everything is very organized. The homemade is fine people. It has very cool restaurants in the area. At Supermercado Diniz serves meals with great price and quality very close to the house. Super recommend the state.

Great hospitality. Great apartment, all very new and comfortable. All clean, all nice and polite and quiet gatekeepers. A great place to stay with the family, as the condominium is very familiar, children playing, people having fun. I'll definitely come back more often.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, prepared with everything you need, impeccable dishes and appliances. The complex is beautiful, the problem is that the two restaurants in the complex close on weekdays 17 hs, nearby there is nothing, the beach is very beautiful but there are no lifeguards, in April 2025.

We had a great stay at Alessio's apartment. The apartment is very well arranged and very pleasant to stay in and the view is breathtaking. It is conveniently located in the area. We loved immersing ourselves in the atmosphere of our awakening neighborhood thanks to this extraordinary view. Alessio was a very nice host and very available to us, he was very accommodating which allowed us to have a great experience in Fortaleza. During a future visit to Fortaleza we would be happy to come back to Alessio's place. A big thank you to Alessio!
