Second time in Felipe's space! I have returned and will return as many times as I can for the sea view, the wonderful beach, the Aqua service, the access to Beach Park and the apartment's amenities.

The apartment is very nice, clean, super well located, comfortable! We traveled with my family (Group of 7 people) and we were all delighted with what the apartment and its surroundings offer. Located on the beach, with very good social areas (pool, jacuzzi, gym, 24/4 micro-market and best of all an unparalleled view. I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely go back there! Hannah was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions! 5 Stars!

The stay was excellent, the host was very helpful and collaborating! Perfect, beachfront location, all as described in the ad. all in their proper use! Just one piece of advice for Lydia: we missed a washing machine. But we rented according to the announcement that there would be no washing machine. Great value for money... recommend...well worth it! We will return!

The space is cozy, facing to the beach and has all the convenience of an apartment. In addition to privacy, the rooftop is also perfect to see the sunset and stay calm with friends and family. The apartment matches the description perfectly. Quiet and safe place, with a beautiful, clean and calm beach. The private pool is great and the condominium pool is even better! Pereirão responds quickly, he is very helpful. I recommend and intend to return again times!

Extremely satisfied with my stay at Gabriel's place. The house is big and perfectly accommodated my family. The pool is larger than appears in the photos. The view of the river is even more beautiful in person and we did an amazing tour with one of the boats that are located nearby, I recommend to those who stay do it as it is also worth it. Gabriel was attentive throughout the stay, always answering any doubts or recommendations. When we arrived there was an issue with the refrigerator that was already being resolved. The house needs some punctual repairs, but nothing that really gets in the way, I take into account that it is a house that takes a lot of air and I understand certain wear. I highly recommend the space and I want to return for sure.

A beautiful house, very green and flowery space, wonderful showers, very well decorated and equipped house, host received us with many details that made all the difference, Pontal do Maceió is a very beautiful and quiet place!

The house is beautiful, on the beach and has everything of excellent quality. They referred me to a great cook who provided everything. Not to mention the maid's support in cleaning and the support of a night watchman. They had things to make us feel pampered everywhere, from a simple clay pot to soak our feet when we got back from the beach, to air-conditioning the room before we went to sleep. simply impeccable!

Of all the houses I've ever rented on Airbnb, this was certainly the best of all, everything was extremely clean and organized, it had all the utensils that are needed for the stay, Brigite is very helpful, responds very quickly, very polite, proactive and kind. He gave us recommendations on the market so we could buy anything we needed, he gave us a gallon of water as a courtesy, the house exceeded the photos in the ad, the photos show the house is great, but in person it's much better, a large, ventilated house, with many bathrooms, equipped rooms, clean bathrooms, to sum it up, the house is in excellent condition. Everything matches the ad description. The house is approximately three blocks from the beach, so you can walk there easily. And what a wonderful, clean beach, great for families. I have no complaints about Brigite's house. The next time I have the opportunity to return to Morro Branco, I will definitely return to Brigite's house.

The house was found to be very modern and in good condition upon arrival. Communications with Scott and the house manager was complete in English and Portuguese. Any issues or queries we had during our stay were acted upon immediately. The location was a short walk to the beach, coming back up the cobble stone hill to the house was ok for us and our active parents but should be considered for less active/able people. My family and I would happily go back to this accommodation.

The location of your property is simply unbeatable, a few meters from Beach Park and with direct access through the entrance on the beach side - facilitating not only the comings and goings during the day, but also the night tours in the region, full of restaurants, shops and events. The condominium's structure, with a swimming pool and playground, perfectly met the children's needs, and the full kitchen, with all the necessary utensils, made our routine more practical and enjoyable. In addition, the TVs in the living room and bedrooms ensured moments of rest and entertainment for the whole family. It was an incredible experience and I will definitely recommend your apartment to friends and family. Thank you so much for everything and I hope to be back soon!

The experience I had was one of the best, I went with my husband and my son, they loved it. Marcus' apartment met our needs, a quiet, organized and clean environment. He always responded to me in a timely manner and cleared up all my doubts. I will certainly return other times.

Very well located condominium, by the sea, the apartment is on the first floor and it is easy to access the beach, facing the sea, next to the stairs that exit the balcony to the condominium patio, there is a playground, the pool is wonderful, easy and quick check-in, two parking spaces, full kitchen for preparing meals, including our breakfasts that were every day in the apartment and we made dinner too, located near the beach park, Quiet beach to enjoy and plenty of space for children, there is a beach volleyball court that belongs to the condominium and football, I took my three dogs (Yorkshire terriers) and there was plenty of space to walk with them. Daniel is an excellent host, from the first contact until the departure from the apartment, he always responded very quickly and gave all the necessary instructions, he is to be congratulated on everything! Anyway, I recommend it and I will definitely stay at Terramaris again, an excellent place!

Simply wonderful! The apartment exceeded our expectations. The sea view is breathtaking – waking up to the sound of the waves and the sun rising on the horizon was an unforgettable experience. The location at Praia das Fontes is excellent: quiet, clean and perfect for relaxing with the family. The property is well equipped, clean and very cozy, with everything working perfectly. The balcony with a panoramic view was our favorite corner! The hostess was attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Undoubtedly a place to go back and recommend!

The day I spent at Jully's apartment was very pleasant. The place is complete: equipped kitchen, clean place, smart TV, air conditioning working perfectly and the electric shower too. I definitely plan to come back again.
