I spent the carnival 2025 in the appr of Larissa. She always very kind and super accessible. The ap was true to the listing, with towels and bedding for all guests. Very well equipped, very comfortable and easily accessible to the entertainment areas of the complex, as well as being ground floor, which already brings a greater convenience. We'll be back for sure!

I went with my family for the days of Carnival and we love it! From the beginning, communication with Wagner was very fast and good. I asked him to install shipowners because my grandfather does not sleep in bed and he has installed shipowners throughout the apartment. The condominium has a lot of structure and good restaurants, which made it very easy to eat these days that we were there. It also has a good gym, which pays R$10.00/day. The apt is also well equipped and had everything we need. Large rooms and bathrooms, all with air conditioning, which made everyone well accommodated. The location is great, the condominium gives access to the beach and on a short walk (~15-20 min), you can reach Beach Park. From apt to the beach it is necessary to walk a little inside the condominium, but nothing bad. Only if they have people with mobility issues, that was my case. It was with two elderly people over 90 years old and one physically disabled. So we rented a wheelchair before the trip for those moments.

The house has all the infrastructure for stay and is located approximately 4.0 km from the center of Guara, it is worth noting that the access even with rain was quiet (we were in a Duster and a Tracker).

The stay was very good! The house is very spacious and, for a saw house, it is quite comfortable and equipped! The housekeeper was very helpful. The high points were the pondle and the water eye. I hope to return soon.

WONDERFUL stay, I didn't want to leave, it really was my home while I was there. Adélia gave recommendations and was always at your disposal. The house is not so close to the beach but on a short walk you arrive there, nothing that disturbed me, other than that there were two bikes in the house, so it is very quickly locomotion. There is an inn on the street that delivers the meals and the most you need, at the corner there is a market that also sells meals and basic items. The house itself is wonderful in itself, spacious, calm, cozy and has everything you need, even seasoning, etc. The only point of improvement would be at least one hot shower, but it's nothing to get in the way because it's quite hot there. If I return to Taiba I will stay with Adélia again, thank you very much! 💜

The stay at Sonia's place was excellent! It's close to the center and we don't need to travel by car there. It also has several restaurants on the outskirts of the house that are within easy access. During the stay the microwave oven stopped working and Sonia quickly brought us another one! Sandra was also very attentive and helped us with breakfast. I will definitely return!
