Super friendly and friendly host, clean and with everything, very positive experience. The exterior is also remarkable, unfortunately due to bad weather we did not take advantage of it. 10 minutes from the center of Carpi and 30 minutes from Modena, a relaxing structure. In short, great value for money and recommended!!

Everything was perfect, the owner was always very helpful and kind and also indicated possible places for lunch and dinner. The apartment was really very clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities.

All was good as it supposed to be.

We stayed as a family of four for one night. It was nice and clean. There is a great restaurant below which we really enjoyed and had great service. The check in information could be improved slightly with updated photos in the app. But all in all the smart locked worked. But you need WiFi access.
