Hello We spent 1 week at the end of April in the apartment on the ground floor with garden. With a car, the location is ideal on the outskirts of the spezzia. Everything to shine in the 5 lands, lerici, 1 hour of pisa. Private parking, private terrace under a huge lemon tree. Quiet and secure environment. Nothing else to say.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished, with many artistic details. The location is very quiet and only easily accessible by car from the center of La Spezia. Beautiful beaches such as Baia Blu and Lerici are 10 minutes away. To visit Cinque Terre, you need 5-6 minutes to La Spezia main station. Francesca is very, very nice and friendly and responds quickly and accurately if you need information and tips.

BOOK THIS AIRBNB!! — You won’t regret it! We’ve been traveling for a month, and this has hands down been the best Airbnb experience we've had. Fabio was an incredible host – so thoughtful and prepared with everything we could possibly need. The flat was spotless, quiet, and just a short, easy walk into town. He even stocked it with cold water, snacks, coffee, and tea! Fabio went above and beyond by picking us up from the train station and helping us figure out the best routes around town. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Seriously – don’t hesitate, just book it!

I loved the house, very comfortable and clean. Daniele was very attentive, responded quickly to messages and gave us several tips for visits. We went by car, we parked in front of the house, everything went very well.
