The house is very cute, exceptionally clean and thoughtfully prepared. I was especially impressed by the welcome sign, the kind welcome message, and the thoughtful welcome package. Everything made us feel very comfortable and genuinely welcomed. Wi-Fi is quite slow but overall, we were extremely satisfied and truly loved staying here. Well equipped and roomy kitchen with nice view of the backyard garden and forest. Nice spot for early morning birding! We loved the large sitting room and chairs on the front porch. Quiet and private! Kim was super helpful. Loved pur stay!

Richard is an excellent host! Easy check-in and check-out! The location is great! A quiet gate away, but about 10 10-minute drive to Cornell and Ithaca. The place is very clean and provides a lot of supplies, food, snacks, and necessities! Very thoughtful. The communication is excellent! Very clear instructions and very responsive Very pleasant stay!
