This was the perfect place for our family to celebrate my Mother’s life. The tranquility was healing. We really appreciated the space for family to gather and the children loved all the outdoor space. They have done an amazing job of stocking the house with everything you can think of….games, towels, bathroom amenities, etc.

Greg has clearly invested many years into curating an eclectic and unique array of decor that makes the space come to life. Greg was extremely friendly and welcoming. His yard is something to behold! My dog loved it. We highly recommend Greg’s place for anyone visiting Des Moines!

This was the best stay! My mom arrived at the beginning of our stay and told me right away that she never wanted to leave! It was perfectly set up, beautiful decor and with great instructions and recommendations of things to do in the area. Jeanette had everything we needed…we felt right at home the whole stay. We were extremely pleased with Tom’s Retreat. Can’t wait to come back!!
