We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We did not suffer from rubberies or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very quiet to leave them there while we were going for a walk. Katya was flexible with the check-out time, which allowed us to make our last day very short. I highly recommend it.

We feel at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A reserved beach, with crystal clear water, place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtle.

The stay was great, starting with all the support from Lúcia, who was super attentive from the beginning of the contact. Great house, everything is clean and the view from the house to the beach is spectacular, location close to the market, bakery, restaurants. Everything was very good. I thank Lúcia for the support and flexibility in check-in and check-out as well. We'll definitely be back.

My family and I loved the weekend we spent at Rogério's house, it was simply amazing!! The peace and quiet that the house transmits was exactly what we were looking for, the beach that is close to the condominium (Mococa beach) is beautiful and the sea is calm! I intend to return more often, for sure.

My rating for this accommodation was 5 stars all around!!! The space is exactly as in the photos – clean, comfortable and with all the necessary items for a quiet stay. The location is also excellent. It was a wonderful experience, we went to work but we still managed to rest peacefully because the space is very cozy, I would definitely stay here again. I recommend it 100%!

I was staying last week at Márcia's place, and our stay was excellent. The space is much better than in the photos, the room is very wide and unites all ambiantes, kitchen, dining room and game space. The rooms are great and upstairs. The backyard has an excellent and heated pool, we use every day until dawn kkkkk. The condominium is quiet, without a mess, and with security at the entrance. We loved the condominium, great structure, in the apartment with great location, pool of the wonderful condominium we took several days of sunshine, several good beaches nearby, we could go to Ubatuba, Karina responds quickly solved our problem quickly. Elaine tbm super helpful, we'll definitely be back more often.

Simply incredible, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with noises from the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡

We loved our stay! The apartment is very well equipped, it was very clean, and has everything you might need for a short or long stay. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, well decorated and spacious, and the barbecue on the balcony is a great alternative for rainy days. The hosts' instructions were very clear, and check-in was super easy to do.
