The house is super cozy, exactly like in the pictures! It is close to the beach, from the commerce and has easy access to the highway, which helped a lot in the tours. We were able to take our pets, who loved the space too! Priscila and Luiz were super attentive and made us comfortable. It was all great, we definitely want to go back!

The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

The house is a delight, very large, amazing and well located view. The sea in front of the house is brave, but with a 10min hike you get to Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for bathing. The beach in front of the house is not full even during holidays, giving a lot of privacy. The house next door can host noisy guests.

Refuge is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you normally only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, the bedrooms, the whole surroundings. I hope to return soon.

The house is beautiful, condominium is quiet and safe! The stay was very good, there is nothing to score negative of the accommodation. Arthur always served us very quickly. They were very pleasant days!

What a joy it was to stay in this space! The beach of Feiticeira is so close that you can consider it a backyard. Beautiful, clean and organized space. Nina was extremely receptive and helped us with everything, including the establishment indications we needed. We were also well received by the kitten Shakira, the company was great in the days we stayed there! We hope to return soon.

Without criticism, so that it is perfect I suggest maintenance in the air conditioning of the main suite ( does not cool properly ) and arrange for at least the ceiling fan of suite 2 to work, since there are technical difficulties for the corrective maintenance of the air conditioning installed in this suite. Another important detail is the fact that there is no hygienic shower in any of the bathrooms. An exceptional apartment like this one deserves special attention.

The apartment is super well equipped, has everything you need to stay quiet. For those traveling with a child a positive point is the space that has the extra for being on the ground floor. Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with gym, sauna, rooftop pool with a gorgeous look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Christiane was always super helpful with everything. The house is exactly as advertised and is a very quiet and peaceful condominium. The kitchen had everything needed for everyday life. Only the internet could be faster for those who want to work online. Thank you for everything.

I went with my family, 4 adults, the space was perfect, the condominium's leisure area is wonderful, host Michele always responds quickly, gave us tips on what to do in Ubatuba, best places to eat, it is very close to the center, 10 minutes by car, next to the condominium there are restaurants, pizzerias and snack trailers too, you can walk, it was wonderful, I recommend it.

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
