Beautiful house with phenomenal view. Full and extremely well equipped house. Sueli was very attentive. As described in the announcement, it is not suitable for children, the elderly or people with mobility difficulties, but the view makes up for the effort. Two bedrooms one suite with double bed and one room with two beds are inside the house and there is a suite with double bed and single bed with a connection by the terrace, this last room has a little more humidity. The office /TV room is super cozy, too bad we didn't even have time to use. Delicious beach, without agglomeration and beautiful. We're going to want to go back.

Very beautiful space! Wonderful view. Great for home office and inspiring landscape. The host was very friendly, helpful, polite and has a very nice conversation. The kitchen overlooking the sea is also very inspiring

We feel at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A reserved beach, with crystal clear water, place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtle.

The house is wonderful, within nature and with an incredible view. We were super welcomed by the host. It was wonderful and we will be back for sure.

Sensational space. Rustic finish and very beautiful. It has Td as described. Full kitchen. Great location, very busy because it is on the avenue. Eduardo is super helpful. We took our dogs and they were very comfortable. We will definitely return.

The best accommodation we ever stayed up to hj , in the house has everything from bed linen to the kitchen napkin. without mentioning the friendliness of a person who is Dona Bê, a person who opens the doors of her home with a lot of love , care and affection towards people. We made three days of great joy and tranquility, thank you Mrs. Bê for all the care you had in providing us great moments...

Place more beautiful than the pictures, super safe, dona georgina is wonderful, I fell so much in love with the place! Everything very impeccable, I felt at home. The place is sensational close to everything and with the Matinhos around it gives all the charm and brings even more peace! They are very friendly and still welcome us in a unique way. What a wonderful experience….

The house is simply sensational! Very comfortable, well equipped and perfect for resting with the family. The view is wonderful, the ones that we miss just looking at the photos later. The beach is very close, with easy access, and the best: it was empty and super pleasant, ideal for going with children in all tranquility. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout the stay, made us feel right at home. I would definitely come back more often and I recommend with my eyes closed!

The house is super cozy, exactly like in the pictures! It is close to the beach, from the commerce and has easy access to the highway, which helped a lot in the tours. We were able to take our pets, who loved the space too! Priscila and Luiz were super attentive and made us comfortable. It was all great, we definitely want to go back!

Felipe was one of the best hosts, very helpful, the PERFECT house, the heated pool is undoubtedly a great differential. We will definitely return and recommend the house to friends, it is close to Carigua and São Sebastião, very well located. Felipe was very helpful from the moment we entered the house until the time we left, thank you very much. House much more beautiful than the pictures. All rooms are suites, very comfortable beds. The swimming pool is actually heated, we enjoyed it until the evening, as we went at the end of April and it was already a lower temperature. All the house's faucets and showers are heated. Shuveiros with a lot of pressure. Overall the house is amazing. It was the whole family, the youngest 3 months old and the oldest at 72 years old and all took advantage of it.

The house is wonderful, we stayed with eight people, the house was clean, super organized. The fully equipped house accommodated everyone very well, great location, we were delighted. We will definitely come back and always recommend

My rating for this accommodation was 5 stars all around!!! The space is exactly as in the photos – clean, comfortable and with all the necessary items for a quiet stay. The location is also excellent. It was a wonderful experience, we went to work but we still managed to rest peacefully because the space is very cozy, I would definitely stay here again. I recommend it 100%!

Simply amazing! The accommodation is excellent, and it exceeds expectations, it is very welcoming and makes us fully in connection with nature, you leave with the renewed energies! Pegamos 2 more cloudy days, but the space is so tasty that to enjoy it very well, the bathtub is great for these days ☺️ Very clean, organized space, with all kitchen utensils and bed and bath linens! Leonardo was very attentive and careful with my lodging, super quick in the answers and even helped me with an extra decoration that I requested from him! Impecavel! I'll definitely want to go back!

The stay was great, starting with all the support from Lúcia, who was super attentive from the beginning of the contact. Great house, everything is clean and the view from the house to the beach is spectacular, location close to the market, bakery, restaurants. Everything was very good. I thank Lúcia for the support and flexibility in check-in and check-out as well. We'll definitely be back.

Refuge is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you normally only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, the bedrooms, the whole surroundings. I hope to return soon.

My family and I loved the weekend we spent at Rogério's house, it was simply amazing!! The peace and quiet that the house transmits was exactly what we were looking for, the beach that is close to the condominium (Mococa beach) is beautiful and the sea is calm! I intend to return more often, for sure.

A really wonderful house, comfortable beds an incredible view, you really don't want to get out of there. Cooking with that view is incredible. We had a family vacation, where there were different spots to work, read, contemplate that view. Cyntia the clerk with help with everything in the house was really helpful. I cooked and was there catering to our needs. Juli the same, I could get everything I asked of her/I would really come back a thousand times !

Wonderful, comfortable, organized house, with everything working perfectly (TV, dishwasher), with all the utensils needed to cook har and make a barbecue. Top pool I recommend
