Simply perfect! The house is amazing, super complete, exactly as in the photos, nothing was missing at all. All very clean, organized and with an excellent structure. The heated pool made all the difference and was one of the highlights of the trip! 🏡💦 The service was also impeccable from start to finish. The house is super cozy, exactly like in the pictures! It is close to the beach, from the commerce and has easy access to the highway, which helped a lot in the tours. We were able to take our pets, who loved the space too! Priscila and Luiz were super attentive and made us comfortable. It was all great, we definitely want to go back!

We love to stay in the house! A very quiet and private place, the sunrise from the bedroom is indescribable! I recommend it for couples and groups of people, the house is rustic but full of special touches and cozy.

The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

The location of the house is excellent, facing the sea. The house is impeccable cleaning with furniture and well-maintained utensils, has a very beautiful lawn and excellent care for children to play. The lady who takes care of the house is very attentive and requests, and André (owner) gives up a lot of attention and speed in answering questions, and is always worried that everything will go in the best way. The only observation is a bar next to it and order a little until 2, 3 o'clock in the morning, at the most it's all very nice.

The house is wonderful, within nature and with an incredible view. We were super welcomed by the host. It was wonderful and we will be back for sure.

House much more beautiful than the pictures. All rooms are suites, very comfortable beds. The swimming pool is actually heated, we enjoyed it until the evening, as we went at the end of April and it was already a lower temperature. All the house's faucets and showers are heated. Shuveiros with a lot of pressure. Overall the house is amazing. It was the whole family, the youngest 3 months old and the oldest at 72 years old and all took advantage of it.

I want to congratulate them for the organization and the house itself. it was very , very good even. sensational pool the weekend we stayed there was a little cold and the heated pool saved our role. it was very good the towels with an incredible smell. Big house equal to the advertisement . Good is incrivel. you will like it.

Simply amazing, my first trip with my wife. I can say that everything was incredible, both the location of the apartment, which is close to everything, and the organization and cleanliness, not to mention the chocolates they left for us. Very well-equipped apartment with everything we need, bed, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, utensils, pots, air fryer, sandwich maker, among other things. It felt like we were at home, we will definitely return to Ubatuba and we will stay again in Soraia and Everton's apartment. we had support every day, we had questions answered quickly and very well educated and friendly, a 10.

The location is also excellent. It was a wonderful experience, we went to work but we still managed to rest peacefully because the space is very cozy, I would definitely stay here again. I recommend it 100%!

Excellent accommodation!! We intend to return!! You can hear the sound of the sea all the time, your feet in the sand, the apartment is a good size, well ventilated, and has a well-equipped kitchen!! All the structure of a good house!! Several shops downstairs in the building: bakery, ice cream shop, grocery store, restaurants and snacks!! We recommend the Gamboa Restaurant, which is 200 meters from the apartment. Award-winning dishes, with great prices. The beach is cozy, 1.5 km long, with very clean water and several nice corners for contemplating the sea, and an excellent waterfront for walking. Impeccable security!! Everything is very quiet, no mess or loud music. Great for resting and feeling at home. Kamila was very helpful and flexible with the check-in and check-out. The apartment is excellent even for longer stays!!

The place is amazing - beachfront location, accommodation, it’s more than well equipped. Nice tables and chairs in the house. The Beach tent they offer, was an amazing feature. We went with pets and it’s very secured / gated. Roberta was great to talk, very responsive.

The house is a delight, very large, amazing and well located view. The sea in front of the house is brave, but with a 10min hike you get to Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for bathing. The beach in front of the house is not full even during holidays, giving a lot of privacy. The house next door can host noisy guests.

We spent our honeymoon in the penthouse and it was excellent and an incredible experience, we will definitely come back more often! A spectacular view, close to many beautiful beaches such as Feiticeira. The Jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing moments, and even better with the sea view at sunset. ☀️ Debora is a person with wonderful energy🫶🏻

My family and I loved the weekend we spent at Rogério's house, it was simply amazing!! The peace and quiet that the house transmits was exactly what we were looking for, the beach that is close to the condominium (Mococa beach) is beautiful and the sea is calm! I intend to return more often, for sure.

Simply in love with my stay! The apê is super clean, organized and has a view of the sea that even looks like a movie setting. There was everything I needed there, every detail thought out with affection. And Cesar, the host, is out of order! Super good people, always available and made everything for my experience to be perfect. It was all so amazing that I'm already wanting to come back!
