The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is a great host. We hope to return soon.

I can say that everything was incredible, both the location of the apartment, which is close to everything, and the organization and cleanliness, not to mention the chocolates they left for us. The house is super cozy, exactly like in the pictures! It is close to the beach, from the commerce and has easy access to the highway, which helped a lot in the tours. We were able to take our pets, who loved the space too! Priscila and Luiz were super attentive and made us comfortable. It was all great, we definitely want to go back!

We love to stay in the house! A very quiet and private place, the sunrise from the bedroom is indescribable! I recommend it for couples and groups of people, the house is rustic but full of special touches and cozy.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria Fernanda's house in São Sebastião! The house is exactly like in the pictures — spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, perfect for those seeking rest and contact with nature. Communication with the host was always quick and efficient, and the housekeeper welcomed us very well, always helpful and attentive throughout the stay. We feel a real welcoming atmosphere. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention by Sergio, I felt at home, because the apt offers all the amenities necessary for the daily life on the coast and after a day of the beach finish with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
