Holiday rentals with lake access in Caraguatatuba

Very good house, me and my family liked it very much, identical to the photos, we will definitely be back!

One of the best trips we made as a family, house is large and has everything you need for a good stay, differential for dryer, the women loved rsrs. Newton has always been helpful when we need it. For those who want peace and contact with nature this is the place, the house is almost foot in the sand, just take a triple through the woods in the backyard and be happy! 🌊🙌🏻

The house is much better than in the photos. Extremely clean,complete and beautiful decor.The kitchen is a chapter by part, because even I am a chef,I was impressed. I found everything I needed,from utensils, to the dishes of great taste. If I had to suggest something,it would just be put one more refrigerator or freezer to complete what is already very good. The condominium is a true paradise. About the hosts I have never been treated so well as a guest.Super gentle,polite and flexible.Anderson and Milena understood the problem I had of being on site on a weekend of heavy rainfall and had a surreal empathy with me, helping me far beyond their obligation. If not for them,the weekend that was to celebrate my birthday would have been a fiasco,due to so many problems I had on the road. I am extremely grateful to this amazing couple. I'll definitely be back in a sunny season to enjoy the house and the place better.

The house is very complete. It has a sandwich maker, blender, mixer, oven, plenty of pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, all impeccable. The house was extremely clean. The only problem is the insects; mosquitoes and gnats actively participate in the stay with you. But nothing that a body repellent and some in the environment can't solve. The nearest beach is Mococa, very quiet on weekdays and on weekends it is worth considering leaving the car in the condominium and walking. Note 10. We hope to return more often.

The house served us perfectly, everything new and functional, the location in the condominium is good, very quiet and private, a refuge in the midst of nature! The security and facilities of the condominium were a positive point because we were in the family and with children! The beach in front is very nice and easy to access!

we the house is very nice to Dona Sandra and her extremely attentive husband gave several tips about the city and in front of the house there is a stream and very close there is the waterfalls worth very much and I highly recommend it and the pool we are worth a lot when I loved my time in the house.

The house was exactly the same as in the pictures: spacious, cozy and with a charming decoration that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. There was a fountain that made the environment even more enjoyable and relaxing at bedtime. The leisure area had a pool table and ping pong, which were the most successful among the staff during the stay. The swimming pool was huge, perfect for enjoying, and the bathtub was a real highlight — super relaxing and ideal for moments of rest. The condo is very quiet and safe, with a beautiful lake full of ducks and geese, ideal for hiking. There is also a calm river in the condominium, great for cooling off with peace of mind — even my dogs had fun and learned to swim there! Also, host Leonardo was super considerate and answered all questions quickly.

Everything always perfect. The space brings together all the amenities for a great stay. Nature and comfort gathered in a very pleasant and accessible place. We'll be back soon.

We love the stay, the Studio has a great location, very close to the beach it has a way to walk smoothly, great swimming pool, the gym spaces, game room are very good too! Local was clean, and very pleasant, has air conditioning, fan, elevator, wifi, utensils in the kitchen at your disposal. Hostess responds quickly and very cordial. We will definitely be back !

Our stay at Thais' apartment was great... the apartment was as it appeared in the photos, communication with the hosts was quick and accessible... The location is great, by the sea, with several kiosks and a supermarket nearby… my family and I will stay again..

We spent the extended holiday at Sítio Recanto Fonte Viva and it was just amazing! The place is beautiful, super well taken care of, the pool is wonderful and the surrounding nature climate makes everything even better to relax. But what made all the difference was the homegoers, Viviane and Andrews. The village is too good, super receptive and always willing to help with anything we need. They gave several tips and made us super comfortable at all times. Sure is a place I recommend with my eyes closed and I want to return soon!

camilla is an excellent host and was proactive from the outset. As soon as the reservation was confirmed, he called me by message and sent a manual with all the important information and tips, making himself available even weeks before the scheduled date. the house is great, like the photos. and super well-equipped, with utensils and bedding clean and well cared for. i ended up suffering a small accident on the first day - the network crashed - and both she and her husband were extremely cared for and willing, immediately making herself available to help with whatever was necessary; even making a point of passing through the house to see me and making clear the repairs that would be made for nothing like being repeated. it was a quick weekend, but it allowed us some rest. and the dogs loved the garden/ grass space available to run and burn energy ;-)

Our stay was simply perfect! The house was beautiful, cozy and extremely clean. It smelled and very organized. We do not miss anything at all. It had everything and more. The kitchen is complete in utensils and appliances. The clean bathrooms and hot shower. Comfortable rooms with very clean linen and towels. Anyway, a lot of whim and pampering of the hosts. Sr Antônio and Selma are extremely polite and solicited. Very nice people. We wish we could have spent longer there! But definitely we'll be back soon!

A place that I will definitely return to, a place of peace, nature all around you. Vegetables direct from the garden , fresh milk. Andrea and Mr. Jailson who received us, they are wonderful people, very helpful. By is well warm we take advantage of the swimming pool and the nets that are in the midst of nature. Nice house, with a delicious lawn in the yard with a very nice hammock on the balcony, well-equipped kitchen. Leaving Lagoinha, you can take amazing tours. The unmissable trail to Bonete, the architects' red beach, Domingas Dias beach...

Sensational!!! A house in the middle of the mountain that looks like a Disney movie! Everything is impeccable, in fact the kitchen has restaurant kitchen refinements, super equipped! A high point for the dishes made by Cinthia herself! Cleanliness and whimsy. Everything is great! 1000-point score!
