We had very nice holidays, the view of the sea from the balcony was enchanting, the apartment is in a great location. We can definitely recommend the place and we'd love to come back. The only drawback is the garage is very narrow.

The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. From the porch, you can enjoy a view of the sea. It takes around 10 minutes to walk down the mountain to the beach, and about 20 minutes to walk back up—but the beautiful views along the way make it well worth the effort. You can watch the sunset from the street or right on the beach. Patresi is also a great base for exploring many beautiful beaches and nearby destinations. The accommodation has everything you need. Luca was there to welcome us and was quick to help with a few minor issues. We’d be happy to return!.

Great location both for the local facilities and visiting the rest of Elba. Daria was very helpful and assisted us when our ferry was cancelled due to a storm. Great views overlooking the bay.

We had a great time at Annalisa's house. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea (the terrace is divided by a partition between two apartments). The house is located 5/10 minutes by car from Capoliveri in a quiet area of pine forest and other houses. You can walk to the village and the sea, but it's not immediate. Annalisa and her parents were very kind and helpful. Very clean house, basic essentials were missing (soap, dish soap, paper towels, oil, salt...) and we found that the cost for having sheets and towels was high, in fact, in the end, we brought our own. I hope we will have the opportunity to return as guests soon.

Very nice place with beautiful surroundings. Marilla was a great host and could give recommendations for things to do on the island.

Filippo's accommodation was as described…Beautiful view, sometimes even dolphins visible from the terrace! Since our stay took place at the end of May, it was very quiet, the pool facilities and restaurants were still closed, but Filippo had already informed us and we enjoyed the quiet of the pre-season/nature! The accommodation was clean and everything was at our disposal. The way to the sea is easily accessible on foot in 5 minutes.... A beautiful beach awaits you!!! A car is definitely an advantage to explore Elba, as the accommodation is rather remote, but that did not bother us as it is located in a beautiful natural area. The accommodation is also well suited for dogs, and the beach is great for dogs! We had a wonderful time and can only recommend this accommodation!!!

+++ We (4 people and 2 dogs) felt very comfortable with Giada for 2 weeks. We were very kindly welcomed and instructed by her father. Parking was possible in the "Piazza" or in the private parking around the corner. The mini market is also directly in the "Piazza" (rolls and other little things). The property is fenced, offers both sunny and shaded squares, and is surrounded by Orleander's bushes, a fig tree, and vines. The house was very clean and well equipped (e.g. coffee maker, sandwich maker). The outdoor shower had a strong jet of water and a magnificent view of the bay. You have this view from the entire terrace and also from the balcony. - Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes at our time. Since there is no air conditioning (but 2 fans), we slept with the window open. Unfortunately, the windows are not equipped with fly screens, so there were some restless nights.

Maria was very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay in her house. She helped us out with umbrellas when it started raining and gave us a warm welcome and goodbye. It was a quiet area and still close to the sea and bus station. We really loved the terrace! :)

Beautiful and quiet location, by car 5 min to the surrounding beaches. The house is cozy and well equipped. You can see and hear the sea from the house and from the garden. We felt very comfortable!

Simona and Filippo are two good people who are very helpful but their home is also reserved. Their home is cozy and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. ample space even outside . We had a pleasant holiday.

Alberta's place is just wonderful! We enjoyed a week there and could have stayed much longer. It has a terrace with a gorgeous view, it's a 20 minute walk to two beautiful beaches, there is a little store around the corner as well as the bus stop for the bus that takes you from/to Portoferraio and many other pretty places on the island. The apartment really feels like a home and there's everything you need. So we felt comfortable right from the start.

Heavenly stay in this tastefully decorated, clean accommodation, incredible view, beautiful house. Everything you need is in the accommodation and even more. Chiara is an extremely friendly host, who gave us all the necessary information for us to have a good stay. We hope to be able to come back!

Giuseppe and Irina were very friendly, ready to answer any questions to resolve doubts or clarifications. The house was well maintained as described, magnificent view and quiet area. Excellent neighbors. We will definitely be back!
