Pictures don’t do this house justice. It is a gorgeous private house with a dramatically beautiful driveway entrance. We were worried about heat and mosquitos as we arrived in mid July but were happy that the house stays cool and there were little to no mosquitos. Marco is a responsive and helpful host. The house is very near the beach and all the best of Marina Di Campo. The outdoor shower surrounded by hedges was like a movie set. The bathrooms are clean and both have showers. We hope to return again!

Beautiful, small house in a quiet green location. The access road is partly in poor, unpaved condition. But the landlord can't do anything about it. Beautiful large garden with two covered terraces. Kitchen, well equipped, ideal for two people. We found the walk-in closet to be very pleasant. The small carport completes the consistently positive impression of this accommodation. There was also enough space for our motorcycle trailer on the fenced, lockable grounds. The only minor criticism: defective shower partition. We spent a wonderful holiday, and for us this accommodation was the ideal base to explore the island by bike.

Edoardo and his family were extremely kind, pleasant and helpful hosts. The location of the apartment is simply fantastic! You can reach a beautiful beach in three minutes (by walk!). You could ask Edoardo anything and he was always very polite and helpful. We were certainly not there for the last time!

Wonderful apartment in Villa Manuela with all comforts (plenty of space, modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine) and above all, a very large terrace which we enjoyed very much. Early morning with the sound of birds and fine morning coffee overlooking the sea, in the afternoon with a book on the sun lounger and in the evening the sparkling stars and the silver moonlight in the sea. At night, there is also a rooster crowing and dogs howling, which is part of it. Lacona bay with the sandy beach is very nice and the surroundings easy and uncomplicated to explore by car. The island of Elba is very versatile from sandy beach to cliffs, stone beaches and rocks to chestnut forests and the wonderfully fragrant maquis. And of course the uniquely beautiful sea with the dazzling colors, sometimes very quiet and flat, then again with high waves and foaming, wonderful! Very nice villages and towns with rustic character and very nice people, best gelati and pizza. We will be happy to come back!

Fantastic place on Elba island in the perfect location. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

As a large 17 family from young to old, we had a great week! The house has space for everyone and is large enough that you also have your peace and quiet. We'll be back. 😊

The views and location are out of this world. It was much better than the photos! The house is very spacious and can easily accommodate two small families. We loved that you can take a nice hike to a private beach. Has three patios and a very nice outdoor spot for having meals. We had a couple a small challenge with hot water but the host were super responsive. It takes nothing from the experience, but the house lacked a couple of essentials you would may need (shampoo, coffee, etc). Make sure to shop for everything on your way down from. Portoferraio. Still a 5 stars !!!!

We had wonderful holidays in Alessandro's beautiful villa. It is a very charming house that has met our taste. A house with character, close to the beach yet only minutes away from a bar, restaurant and grocery store. Perfect!

A real corner of paradise! Wonderful location, an elegant and spacious villa, tastefully furnished, very well-kept garden overlooking the bay, at the foot of Capoliveri. Lovely! Miss Mary was, to say the least, perfect! Maximum attention to all our needs. Very good and very rich breakfast based on genuine products. My celiac son was also super pampered with dishes cooked specifically for him! Miss Mary also helped us organize our beach days and our local Elbani dinners. And... cherry on top: Miss Mary is a great yoga teacher. My daughter and I, who never approached this discipline, did not miss one class per day, with great satisfaction! A 10 stay and praise!!

Beautiful beachfront villa with direct access. Convenient area to explore the whole island. Clean beach with the possibility of both a free and equipped area. Very spacious house complete with every comfort and accessory. Beautiful view of the gulf and very spacious rooms. Ideal for large groups. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed in this special house as a family with 10 adults and 1 dog. Each has their own room including bathroom. The house is just as special as it shows in the pictures! It was very clean, cozy , spacious and perfect to be together, private and quiet. The kitchen is generously equipped. 3 cars can easily park in the yard. The view from the terraces is a dream! It is completely fenced which was great for our dog to walk around and is just a 3 minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach with rocks. Porto Azzuro is only 15 minutes away by car and was our favorite town for shopping and restaurant visits. Nadia welcomed us warmly at the house. Unfortunately, she doesn't speak English but that was somehow no problem- She is a very friendly person!

Villa Silvana is more than just a place to stay, it's a home and an experience to be lived. The hosts welcomed us as if we were distant relatives, with a spontaneous and friendly affection. Very available, discreet, hyper welcoming: they guided us in designing our vacation on the Island, recommending many beaches and clubs. The house is special. Developed on two floors, it seems to have just been left by a resident family: fully furnished (and with such taste!) it has everything and more. The view of the house embraces the entire floodplain, from the slopes of the hinterland to the bay of Portoferraio: a landscape that goes dark every night at sunset. Highly recommended for both small groups and for more consistent groups, of any age: 8 24-year-olds here felt right at home!

The location of the well preserved and designed house is perfect - remote but still in short distance for two beaches, provided you are able to climb in parts steep hills also in walking distance. The port and groceries are in 20-30 minutes reach by car. The communication is seamless and helpful. The house is equipped with cleaning tools, which allows you to clean if necessary and fresh towels & beddings are delivered while the used are collected in the designated bags. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, sandwich toaster and large fridge - each bedroom is equipped with a split air condition, to cool and to heat if necessary. The washing machine is located in a separate little house, which has an additional toilet and shower. On the rooftop is an additional patio with two sun loungers and a warm shower.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making us feel right at home. They even gave us some valuable local advice, which enhanced our experience. The place itself was very nice, with all the amenities we needed. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

The property exactly matches the description and photos. The host has always been responsive and prompt, as well as accurate and helpful. The house is very nice and cozy.

Marta and her husband are true loves. We had a car breakdown and our vehicle remained immobilized on the island. They drove us shopping, brought us back to the boat. They were very helpful with the garage. Very accommodating. Regarding the listing, it is as described. It is pleasant, well-equipped. The view is splendid. Access to the freshwater swimming pool, sea and sea are very easy. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Veronica's place. The location is exceptional for us: Porto Azzurro is within walking distance and the house is an ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding mountains. The property itself is spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful and spacious terrace with a grill area. The kitchen is well-equipped. Veronica was very nice and approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We can highly recommend this place, and were happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Bacci! The house and especially the phenomenal view are unique. A place where you can switch off and spend time with friends and family. The pool makes the house even more amazing. We will be happy to come back.
