Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Capoliveri

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Beautiful little apartment in a very quiet location in nature. Perfect for two people. Well thought out with everything you need. Kitchen was also well equipped to cook for yourself. However, you should be aware that the journey is a little adventurous with narrow roads. There is a free parking space on the roadside at the accommodation, but here too you should be an experienced driver 😅 Bakeries are a 10-minute walk away.

The personal contact with Giacomo was very pleasant and friendly. The house is in a beautiful location outside of Marciana Marina. From there you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. We quickly got used to the steep, narrow road and also the access to the parking lot. We liked the house itself and the tasteful furnishings very much. A tip: In addition to the difficult access directly from the parking lot, there is a 2nd access a little further above the street. This makes it easier to transport luggage, for example.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

We had an extremely wonderful holiday in this apartment. The communication and booking process were pleasant and very quick. All my questions were answered quickly in advance. A beautiful apartment with a great terrace overlooking the sea. Everything you need is there. You can enjoy peace and quiet here. Down in the bay, there is a small jetty and a cosy bar. There are many hiking trails nearby. Bread and other small items are available in the next village (1.5 km away). It is recommended to have a car (parking spaces are available). I can only say ‘thank you’ for the great, relaxing holiday. We and our dogs had a lot of fun.

Silvia's house is very nice, equipped, clean and unique location: terrace with sunset overlooking the sea, really very evocative. Mr. Marino was kind and helpful: he gave us useful tips for taking nice walks (ring walk of the old cellars of Chiessi: marvel for the eyes: which I highly recommend!) We had a great time on everything: magical island, impeccable house, the town center a few steps away, the places are very welcoming ... in short, good vibes 🤗 We will definitely be back ⛵️

We had a good time. Nadia offers excellent service. If you have any questions, you will get a quick response. The house is equipped with everything needed in everyday life and for cooking. The garden is fantastic. Showers in the garden in the sun and in the rain. Fresh figs from the tree and herbs for cooking. A small beautiful paradise highly recommended. We can't fault anything at all and would leave any time.

The two of us had a very pleasant stay at Antonella's. The apartment is pretty (see photos), well furnished and equipped. Everything worked out great. Since it was hot, we benefited from the air conditioning in all rooms. The balcony is large and well shaded by an extendable awning. We found the location at the harbor great, but (see description) there is always life on the alley until 11 pm, you have to know. Antonella lives in the same house and is easily accessible and helpful but not omnipresent, privacy is respected. We had to move very spontaneously from another place, she made it possible. Thank you.

The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

Very well-stocked apartment, clean and very close to Capoliveri beach and Felciaio beach (10 minutes walk). Warm shower and ample outdoor space are very useful. Bathroom a little small, but with a comfortable shower and great water pressure. Large private parking. Highly recommended and definitely a point of reference for the area!

Very well located and central accommodation on the island. All the interesting sites are 15 minutes away. The area is very quiet and the terrace is friendly to relax or have lunch. The accommodation is new and very clean. Antonella welcomed us very well. We would recommend this listing.

We had a nice time at Lorena's and were warmly welcomed with breakfast for the start and homemade jam. Lorena is a great host - helpful, friendly and always there :-) The beach can also be reached super quickly with small children via a small gravel path downhill and the sea is shallow, ideal for children. A little tip: pack mosquito spray for the outdoors in June ;-) Thanks for a great stay

The apartment is really nice and also quite clean. But the driveway needs to be described better. Unfortunately, the access road is really in very poor condition. The image with the sea view was taken by much weoter above so that the angle gives a better view. We didn't look practically from the sea from the balcony. But the view is still beautiful and we enjoyed the proximity to nature.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment! The apartment is very clean, well maintained and well equipped. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view of the harbor and the lively Piazza of Porto Azzurro. Simply beautiful and unforgettable! An absolute highlight was that we were allowed to use two loungers and a parasol on the beach of Capoliveri for free. A sensational service! We highly recommend this accommodation and would come back anytime. Thank you for everything!

We have felt very comfortable in Nisportino. Cristiano and Sofia are warm, helpful and always easy to reach. Here are a few personal (!) pluses and minuses: + Mosquito nets on all windows + Air conditioning in the bedrooms + Flexible, earlier arrival was possible + We were able to share the terrace of the vacant apartment + Small bay with nice pebbles, both in the morning and in the afternoon we found a shady spot + Outside shower for after the beach - A bit remote for excursions around the island - Pillows were very thin and hard - Restaurant on the beach was closed (early October) - A few more basics in the kitchen would be great, like bowls or a toaster - Wifi was only available in one place on the neighboring terrace, unfortunately we had no mobile reception anywhere either

Very nice apartment and well equipped, we especially liked the large veranda. The apartment is quiet and you are in the center in 10 minutes' walk, a supermarket (Conad) is right by the apartment, very convenient. We were on the island without a car and everything worked out just fine with the buses. Thank you Paola!

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

Matteo's accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is very clean and nice, matches the description and the air conditioning worked perfectly. A perfect option for a family of four, for example! Really good sandy beach right next door: shallow, clear water and beach services available. The beautiful village of Capoliveri is a few minutes' drive away. A car is quite necessary, as there are no shops in Naregna, but there are a couple of restaurants. Matteo was helpful and responded well to all inquiries. Your own parking space right next to the apartment building.

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)

Fantastic apartment! I stayed for a week with my partner on the Island of Elba, the apartment is in a strategic position to visit the whole island, it is located in a quiet street and even if you do not find parking immediately in front of the house it is not difficult to find a place along the street or in the nearby parking lots. The kitchen is equipped with every tool you can use and the spaces in general are spacious, as well as the balcony where there is a comfortable table to sit for breakfast. The center of Porto Azzurro can be reached comfortably in a few minutes on foot, to return home there will be a nice climb to do, but better get used to the idea right away if you want to visit the Elbe. The hosts were very kind and always available throughout our stay despite not being on the island, in short, it was a beautiful experience, fully recommended!

We had a nice stay on Elba. The apartment was as described. Very clean. Within 10 minutes you are in the town or by the beach. Very well located, quiet neighbourhood. We hope to visit again!
