Monthly Rentals in Capital Department

This place is precisely as advertised - beautiful, peaceful, and in a FABULOUS part of town. You can easily walk to most anything you need, particularly Aristides which has everything ... great restaurants, shops, bars, markets, as well as the amazing San Martin Parque which is just a block away. The apartment itself is very safe and secluded. As pictured, there is a beautiful courtyard out front, as well as a small private patio out back. Even though it is located in a very accessible spot, you don't hear much street noise at all. And the hosts are all equally great. They provided immediate responses to any inquiries we had, provided great local recommendations, and (a bonus for us) are fluent in English. We definitely will stay here again - and/or recommend friends - if/when the need arises.

Beautiful and quiet place, green areas and the possibility of smoking in the patio of the casita. The host is a very nice and accessible person and Juanita always accompanies during the mornings in the patio.

The accommodation had everything we needed, the space is good, tidy and clean. We really like the location, easy to walk to the park and downtown. Guillermo is a very good host, always responds quickly and has taken care of everything we need. We even extended our stay for another 1 month.

Our stay was fast but very good! Everything was clean, great bedding and excellent location! In addition, Verena was super polite and gave us useful tips that we needed.
