Ignacio was very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in a beautiful building with mountain views and very close to the big and beautiful San Martin park. The grocery stores are very close. It is about 30 minutes walk to the popular restaurant area in the downtown, but one can take an Uber very easily as well. I would recommend this property.

The location and space is exactly like the pictures and description. The apartment is bright and airy and the patio is amazing in the evening. Boris was always very responsive to questions and was fun to get to know. He and his family live downstairs and are available for any questions or ideas. I would highly recommend and we look forward to a return visit someday.

Flor should be a super host. She is always on top of everything and makes sure that you have everything you need in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is a block away from the amazing Parque San Martín, a short walk from a verdulería and about 3 blocks from a supermarket so the location is unbeatable The apartment has everything you need for a long stay and work from there. I absolutely recommend this place.

Absolutely great place! Lots in the area, groceries, restaurants and local markets for fresh vegetables. Erica was a great host!! Quick responses and helped out planning local events. Pool is large and placed just right beside large trees and open deck. Hard to find a place with all the kitchen utensils you need and in new condition……. But Erica got it right! Everything was there. Fede's house has an excellent location, just a few blocks from the beautiful Parque San Martín, ideal for walking or cycling. Fede offers a couple of bicycles that were very useful for us to tour the area. The house is spacious and comfortable; the main bedroom is on the ground floor, which provides plenty of privacy, and the other two bedrooms are on the first floor. We stayed a week and the house was our perfect base to explore Mendoza. It has a small garden where we could make the classic Argentine barbecue, which was a great plus. The house has everything you need to be comfortable as a family. We thought the price was excellent, so much so that we decided to extend our stay. In addition, it has parking and a wine cellar where Fede has some great wines at very affordable prices. We had a very comfortable week, and we thank Fede very much for his hospitality and all his attentions. We would definitely come back!

Everything excellent, every person who invited told me that the house was a luxury, it is huge, clean, with everything you need to enjoy and have an amazing time, the host responds very fast and super friendly, we had an amazing time and also many asked me for the contact to rent the house again!

The duplex is spacious, clean, good location, warm. For a person with a light sleep, the outside noise of the passage of vehicles throughout the night will bother them, which made it difficult for us to rest. The single beds have very soft mattresses, like a sponge that you sink into. Everything else is perfect, thank you.

The house is amazing. Beautiful as seen in the photos, with all the amenities and amenities you can ask for and more. Both Gastón, Jimena and Andrés were very attentive and helpful at all times. The area is super quiet and with very nice landscapes, but it is also close to the center and with easy arrival even with public transport. 100% recommended!!

Beautiful place and great host

Very nice big house: two bedrooms and a nice living room with kitchen. Beds are good, sheets are clean. In the kitchen there is everything you need for cooking, even salt, sugar and pasta. Thanks to Fernando for the hospitality and quick solution of small issues! I recommend this house for families with children or a group of friends.

Very comfortable, well equipped modern apartment with a balcony and a lovely view. I booked the place in part because of an unusual amenity— an indoor basketball court. It was worth it; also a boxing workout room and very pretty pool. Walking distance to park and local supermarkets. Nice garage. And quick driving distance to many wineries, some less than 15 minutes away. I highly recommend excursions to hot springs at Cacheuta and mountain town Uspallata, close to Aconcagua, highest mountain in the Americas.

Spacious space with an excellent location. The apartment represents the pictures very well. Very clean and organized. For the cold days there is ar conditionado hot that helps a lot. The shower is very good too. I recommend!

Everything was excellent. Tere is extremely kind and was attentive to all the questions and queries we had before, during and after the stay. The apartment is as it appears in the photos, spacious and very comfortable. The area is central but quiet. There is a place outside to park, supermarkets and bars/cafes nearby. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

The apartment is beautiful, it has life and very nice energy. The decorative details and the light that enters through its windows fill it with warmth and make you want to be there. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is great and the kitchen is functional. Everything is clean and very well kept. We loved staying in this apartment!! The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. Impeccable, it seemed like we were opening it, I highlight the decoration, furniture, tableware and lighting. Those spaces that make you want to be there. Valentina is very friendly and was always willing to do what we needed. I'm sure we'll be back!!!
