Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Capital Department

The house is very spacious and comfortable for several people, it is very useful to have two bathrooms inside the main house and the garden space very well maintained ideal for hanging out doing an asado and listening to music. As for the location, it is very practical since it is a couple of blocks from the start of aristides.

Gustavo and Odaliz's house was a 10! Super spacious, bright and comfortable. It had everything you need to spend an excellent stay.

Of all the houses I've rented in my life, this is the only one that managed to tell me a story. One of the most welcoming and spacious places with a magic that captivates you. Alberto is an excellent host.

We had a nice long stay here. The host's parents live next door and are lovely people. The space had lots of room and it was great to have access to the rooftop grill as well. It was very cold during our stay, but warm enough inside with multiple space heaters and an AC unit. There were kitchen utensils missing but the hosts replaced them on request. They offered us cleaning (we did our own) and changes for the towels and sheets. The washing machine listed in the space was not working so they took care of that for us as well. The main negative with our stay was with noise. The street is near an intersection with a street that can be quite noisy in the main room. Luckily you can't hear it from the bedroom, but sometimes you can feel it! Also, the AC unit for the space next door (same hosts) can be heard clearly in the main bedroom. We made a point of asking about noise before booking and were told it was non-existent — maybe out of the host's control, but disappointing to not say so.

The truth is everything super good. The location of the house is incredible is a quiet area. Mauricio and Martha, super friendly and attentive to everything. The house is spacious and super cozy. We were 3 families, 10 people, and we didn't even notice.

Very large and spacious house in a very quiet neighborhood with shops one block away. Very kind hosts who helped at all times with some difficulties I had with my vehicle and that were not their responsibility at all. They were very helpful. Recommended 100%!

Spacious apartment, as shown in the photos and with a privileged location in the city. Ideal for a group of friends who want to get to know Mendoza. Location, cleanliness and size: 10/10 ⭐️ Some points to improve would be to add more basic utensils in general. Additionally, it is important to mention that there is a gym downstairs and there is usually noise in the afternoon. This does not interrupt the sleeping time, but if someone in the group requires naps in the afternoon, as was our case, it could be a problem. Otherwise, the apartment is as shown in the description, the beds are comfortable and it has several rooms. If you are a large group and are looking for a place to sleep, centrally located and with the necessary size, this is a great option. Also, if you like to go for a run, the San Martin park is a few blocks away.

Excellent location, nice apartment. The communication with the host is very prompt and decisive. Dept close to everything and central park which is an alternative to relax at night and close to everything.

The place is unbeatable, Mendoza is a beautiful province and the people are too. Angelina, who was in charge of managing the place, was extremely kind and clear in the instructions, always responded quickly and was available. The house is beautiful, comfortable, spacious and has a very thoughtful privacy. Super recommended.

I can't say enough good things about our stay here. Luz was the best host - responsive, generous, and thoughtful. We used the private chef one night and it was such a great experience and left us with memories that will last a lifetime. We also used a driver Luz recommended to go to the wineries and ended up taking a tour with him as well. Her recommendations were so helpful as we are not from Argentina and planned the trip last minute. We wanted to take the two dogs home with us. They were both so chill and sweet. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Hopefully, I will get to stay here again!

This is a great base camp for exploring greater-Mendoza. The home itself is in great shape and very clean. The kitchen lacked some basic utensils/items, but we were able to buy those at nearby stores.

The house is super large and comfortable, excellent for a group or several families. Super spacious and we really liked the place. We had a slight inconvenience in the kitchen and they responded right away and it was fixed on the same day. Great service and attention

Excellent experience. Just like the photos, very spacious and comfortable. We made the most of our stay and we had no problems. It is very well located to explore the entire area and wineries. A success, we'll be back!
