The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

Amazing place for 4-7 people to accommodate. Right on beach with 24 hour restaurant and bar. Very clear waters of the beach. Very responsive host. Overall worth every penny. Thanks Dennis for being such a nice host.

It’s was a great place with beautiful view of the sea. The housekeeping guy was also very polite and helpful. Overall we had a great time .

Stay was very good, next to Anjuna Beach.

The place is a little hard to locate but it is tranquil. An old Portuguese style house with excellent rooms, good natural light and ventilation.

This is how i will describe this place We are afamily of 10 -kids elders young, absolute amazing place and is exactly or even better vs how its in pictures three big highlights staff is superb.....absolute superb.....on their toes since 8am to 2am in the night running all over the house cleaning, serving food doing chores and above all smiling saikat, bimlesh, suman amelia savita all superb! brilliant team ...saikat is a super hero! cook monty is a great chef ....we stayed for 12 days and his cullinary akills mesmerised us literally everyday (kids ate non spicy food and us full spice....spoilt with choices) second, house in itself is amazing....immaculately clean, pristine and state of the art paintings ( what a choice and selection by Mrs Sandhu), very airy,and swimming pool very neat and clean and in.perfect shape....garden is in a perfect shape lastly , location is apt....with shack and beach just outside and market in vicinity this place is heaven! super highly recommended

Initially after confirmation, Chaitali has sent us the caretakers numbers for guidance. Checkin was smooth. The property looks as it is in photos. No disturbance. We went as a group of 7 people, Enjoyed the accommodation to the full. We even cooked food as we like. Thanks for the great stay and looking forward for next stay also.

The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. The stay at Casa Tara was simply amazing! We were a group of 9. 3 couples and 3 kids, and the villa was the perfect fit for all of us. Spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, Casa Tara offered the right mix of comfort, privacy, and togetherness. One of the biggest highlights was the private pool. the kids absolutely loved it, and it became the center of our daily fun and relaxation. The outdoor spaces were serene and well maintained, making it ideal for both playtime and quiet evenings. A special shoutout to Sonia, our wonderful host, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful, family friendly villa with all the right touches, we can’t recommend Casa Tara enough. We had a fantastic family stay at Ikigai II in Vagator. The property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a huge pool that we all loved. The caretaker was kind and helpful, preparing a delicious breakfast for us every morning. The location in Vagator was ideal—close to beaches and local attractions, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort and great hospitality in Goa!

We really enjoyed our stay with Shika and Gagan. They were extremely helpful with our requests and we loved the villa. Baga and Anjuna beach both easily accessible from this location. Would definitely recommend!

Jay and his partner are truly amazing hosts. They were very accommodating, helpful in all regards and are great people overall. The place was packed with all necessities and some, pretty much anything you would need for the stay. The stairs to the terrace were pretty steep and mosquitoes did like to bite but the view from the terrace was great. One thing to point out was that there is little to no natural sunlight coming into the room from outside and the room with lights off was pitch black, so sleep was always deep and mornings were always slow. Would recommend the stay for the amazing location and awesome hosts ;)

We had an amazing 2-day stay at this beautiful property. The private pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. The location was excellent—everything we needed was nearby, yet the place felt peaceful and secluded, offering just the right amount of privacy. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, it was a perfect little escape and we would definitely love to come back again!

What a superb place, exactly how the pictures described it. Lots of open space, lots of natural light coming in, a great pool and superb house keepers. Shrish did a great job at keeping the place up to date throughout. Only complaint would be that even though the sheets and towels are changed daily they look a bit worn out now. Other than that a great place, close to almost all the popular places (10-15 mins). Will definitely come here again

We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

We had an amazing time at Nitin and Abhishek’s Villa. Right from the initial booking till the check-out, everything was communicated promptly and very well. The caretakers at the property were very polite and helpful and accommodated all our requests. The villa itself was very spacious and clean and looked even better than the photos! We loved the pool attached to the property, the amenities provided were also great as we were able to cook for ourselves too. The location is right in the centre of Calangute, everything was extremely accessible and places like Assagao and Anjuna were just 20 minutes away. Would recommend this Villa to both family and friends and will definitely be back.
