Beach house holiday rentals in Goa

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

We had a stay for 3 nights and 4 days in this property and we had peaceful and happy stay. Dharman was very friendly and responsive. He helped us for early checkin as we reached early. Overall good experience

The ‘Nest’ feels a home away from home. Located less than 5 minutes by foot from the Talpona Jetty/beach, you’ll find yourself in a quiet yet convenient area. The host, Renu, was super attentive to our questions & requirements & attended to everything before we checked in. She took care of our dog’s requirements such that Millie felt right at home. Her recommendations for restaurants were spot on. The house has everything a guest would need & more. Small details like stickers on the switch’s enlighten you. The sit out & garden area was great for Millie & an evening drink. The place is tastefully decorated, simple yet beautiful. The beach was deserted & the soft sand & low waves made it like a dream. It’s the perfect place to check in if you are entering Goa via Karwar. The local drink, ‘Urak’ was specially arranged on request & it’s the first time I’ve had the best Urak ever. Anshul's place has everything you need, it's ideally placed in Cavelossim, easily walkable to the beach, there's a nice restaurant just at the end of the estate along with a small supermarket for essentials. And you're very close to other amenities. Friendly cleaner visiting every day. Anshul's recommendations were great, as was his communication. The complex was well maintained, though the pools in the complex (which I'm sure the host doesn't have any say in the upkeep of) weren't cleaned as frequently as we would have expected. But this is a very minor thing, you were better off going in the sea a few minutes walk away. You won't find a better place to stay in Cavelossim. Book and enjoy!

Had a pleasant stay! The place was very neat and clean! Ekostay people ensured we had a comfortable stay! The caretaker was very helpful and sweet. Good location , prime area , close to beach and many restaurants. They even let us wait little while outside during checkout till driver ( who was delayed) came to pick our car up.

Finding the place was easy. check in was smooth although we reached at 5.30 PM. All amenities are as mentioned in Airbnb. cleanliness is superb. overall experience was magnificent. Size of swimming pool should have been bigger. It would have been very nice if there could have been some person who could have made food in the kitchen or could have provided home cooked food for the guests as most of the nearby restaurants are very commercial.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Unica, Serenity Residences in South Goa. It was peaceful and picturesque with a helpful and responsive caretaker. The beach is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around too. It is a bit far off so I would recommend that travellers rent a vehicle for transportation. Public transport seems less available. Overall, worth the money and a wonderful stay indeed!

House of Joshma was an incredible stay for my family! It was nothing less than Goa paradise. It was so cozy that it felt so homely after the hectic Goa travel. The 3BHK villa was spotless, with a beautiful swimming pool and an amazing jacuzzi that everyone - from the kids to the adults - absolutely loved. The fully equipped kitchen made things so convenient, and Mr. Limon, the housekeeper, was extremely polite and ensured everything was well-maintained. We were all super happy and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious family getaway in Candolim!

We had a fantastic family stay at Ikigai II in Vagator. The property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a huge pool that we all loved. The caretaker was kind and helpful, preparing a delicious breakfast for us every morning. The location in Vagator was ideal—close to beaches and local attractions, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort and great hospitality in Goa!

The place was beautiful, with pool and it was completely private with parking. It was same as described in the photos. All the kitchen appliances were available , you can cook or order anything everything is available there. The property is very neat and clean including pool , garden. It looks beautiful in the evening with all the Bungalow lights on. Also the owner is easily reachable for all the help required and is very friendly. I would highly recommend this place for a family or a couple, no need to search for any other places.

Our stay at the open house was one of the finest Airbnb experiences of all. The space was tastefully done, clean withe kindest and the most proactive host. location pretty central and accessible. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway or a longer creative break.

The property is surrounded by lush greenery, and the view from the room was simply breathtaking – especially during sunrise and sunset. 🌄 What I loved the most was the privacy and calmness. Whether you're sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee or just relaxing inside, you feel completely away from the noise and stress of daily life. 🌺 The location is also a big plus! Maderim Beach and Arambol Beach are just a short ride away – perfect for spending your day by the sea. You also get access to nearby cafes, local shops, and vibrant Goan culture, without being in the middle of tourist chaos. The hosts were very kind, helpful, and respectful of our space, which made the stay even more comfortable.

Saheel's property is the perfect getaway for people seeking riverside bliss. He is a great host and is very proactive, and the property itself is great value for money. The view is fantastic and everything was spotless. The surrounding area gets very dark at night (fewer streetlamps), so that's a thing to consider for some people but not an issue for us (it's still very safe).

It was a very nice place as described in the listing. The apartment is very clean and tidy and exactly as described. There is a care taker named prahlad who is very helpful and a kind person, his service was exceptional and considers guests and their convenience very well. He also cleaned the room really well. Overall all of us had a homely feel and never felt as if we are staying at some hotel or anything. Only minimum needed communication was done by the hosts so that it never interrupted our trip or enjoyment. It was a great stay and will surely recommend it to others ❤️😍.

This is a wonderful place to unwind—perfect for nature lovers like us who enjoy bird watching. The location is peaceful, a bit secluded, and ideal for a quiet getaway. We were a large group and booked both the main house and the cottage. The housekeeper was incredibly helpful and made our stay smooth and comfortable. Despite our initial concerns about mosquitoes, we hardly encountered any. Nature is very much a part of the experience here—we occasionally saw frogs and harmless garden snakes near the roof, but they kept to themselves and added to the rustic charm. The neighbors were amazing! When we had an issue with our tire kit, one of them spent the entire afternoon helping us out—we’re truly grateful. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: 1. There aren't many restaurant options nearby. We’d recommend AVOIDING Goan Masala due to hygiene concerns. 2. The last kilometer leading to the house is unpaved, so drive carefully. All in all, a memorable and relaxing stay.
