Amazing property in a perfect location close to the beach and all the beach restaurants! We have been to Goa several times and this has been the best location! Arlene and her team were amazing and responded to every query we had! We also received an unexpected welcome parcel of great items which really helped with our late arrival to the house I cannot recommend this property and Arlene enough she was a fantastic host and the property was perfect We will be back 🥰

The place was very clean with a nice view. The bathroom and kitchen very clean. The location was close to the beach. The host was also very friendly and helped us with an early check-in and late check-out. A very good place to stay for a reasonable price.

Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

We had a very pleasant stay. The space was clean with all the necessities. Host was very responsive and pro active. The stay had good connectivity. Would definitely come again!

the villa we found more than beautiful than we had seen in pictures, Jenis had kept very well prepared for us, kitchen, hall, bedrooms, bathroom everything. so good nature of her, we had very good experience, I'll suggest everyone to stay here. one most imp thing is there her communication throughout our before and after journey. very good nature of her. we found, the villa has so beautiful colour combination and furniture also. thank you very much for everything. kitchen was also found with all our requirements.

This is a gem of a find in the hustle and bustle of Benaulim..the apartment is in a clean and quiet complex. The apartment itself is well equipped and is as described. The terrace provides a fresh and cool environment to sit to have a morning coffee or an evening aperetif. The outlook is one of the best ones as the apartment overlooks the pool.Anand was super responsive, very helpful and resolved a couple of small issues very promptly. He was very flexible and communicated clearly and promptly. This apartment is one of the nicest ones that you will find. The apartment is cleaned regularly and the maid was friendly and helpful..We came to Goa on business and this was the perfect apartment to use as a base. it would have been equally suitable for a holiday too as it's so close to all amenities,the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. If you stay here definitely try the German bakery situated to the left of the apartment The sourdough bread is amazing. Also go for cocktails at BENO👍

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely home in Benaulim, South Goa! As a family of four, it was the perfect home away from home – spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The ground-floor setting with a garden-facing balcony was such a peaceful touch. The location is ideal – tucked away in a gated community yet close to Benaulim Beach, local restaurants, and grocery stores. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the overall vibe of the apartment was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for families looking to unwind and explore South Goa. We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Amit's place. He was responsive to all my queries, and even adjusted the check-in time for us to feel comfortable. The house is in a great location at Colva, the beach is only 5 minutes drive from the listing. The kitchen was well-equipped and enabled us to cook some meals during our 4 nights stay there. Highly recommend this to fellow travelers. Would love to stay again on our next trip.
