We 10 members had a wondeful stay at this property . Property amenities is as mentioned in the Photos, we had nice time at swimming pool . Food is the highlight of our stay, Bhagawan is the one who loves to prepare food as per our desire & request. Room maintenenace is also very good, except the first floor last ( Big size) room Airconditioning . It makes noice and not able to generate the enough chillness. AC service to be done. We are sure in our next visit also we will prefer stay in this property only.

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The proximity to the beach and private pool were handy day time activities. Great restaurants nearby and friendly and helpful villa staff. Special shout out to Mowgli, the resident pup, who kept us entertained.

I stayed at Comfort Quarters for 5 days.. it's a great place to stay.. beautiful surroundings, quite private but easily accessible highway too. The place has all amenities that are mentioned. cool place, I recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. What really stood out was how proactive and helpful the host was, from a smooth check-in to assisting us with local recommendations and anything we needed during the stay. We stayed at the beautiful La Maroma Estate (villa 08) for 3 nights, and it was absolutely perfect. After searching through countless villas and resorts that needed to meet all our criteria—especially being safe and pet-friendly—we finally found this gem and it exceeded all expectations. Spacious, homely, well-priced, great location, the villa was spotless, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully managed. All amenities were provided and the housekeeping team was incredibly helpful and always available. I’d highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family, a group of friends or especially with dogs—they’ll love it as much as we did. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay with Shika and Gagan. They were extremely helpful with our requests and we loved the villa. Baga and Anjuna beach both easily accessible from this location. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Villa, exactly as advertised. Peaceful neighbourhood, yet well located and close to great restaurants. The villa has a peaceful and friendly vibe. The caretaker Santosh and his wife Laxmi took great care of us . Their attitude was top notch. Highly recommend this villa.

Firstly, the property is located at a very great location. You need not worry to travel very far to find a decent place to hangout or dine in with live music. Everything is almost walkable. Along with that, the supermarket, covered the basic needs. The ambience of the property is very peaceful. Very well maintained swimming pool. Manali is very proactive and gave very clear cut instructions. She always responded in time when needed and we enjoyed our stay very much.

I was here for 2 days of stay, This place was heaven trust me the rain made every moment worth it, You will experience an amazing scenic views of mountains from your balcony ( make some coffee or tea ), the place was so specious for me and the pool is also nice. The suite itself is a masterpiece of thoughtful design: light-filled spaces, tasteful décor, and large windows framing breathtaking views of the surrounding greenery. Every detail felt carefully curated for comfort and relaxation. Their curated recommendations - best eateries and activities - were all spot-on. The Blue Wagon Cafe downstairs served delicious dishes and exceptional coffee. When I needed some help, Siddhartha promptly resolved the issue in no time. The Pause Project is the perfect blend of warm hospitality, stunning accommodations, and thoughtful extras that turn a simple getaway into an unforgettable retreat. I can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Xant for two nights during a family holiday and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was modern, well-equipped, and had a functional kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi, which was essential for my work. The location was ideal and peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of Goa, yet not too far from the beaches in the north. We especially appreciated the quiet surroundings. However, having a car is necessary to get around conveniently. The host was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily return on future visits.

Everything we needed was available, and the space made it easy to unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the support we received from Noor, the caretaker. She coordinated everything seamlessly and was always available to help. When our son unexpectedly fell ill, Noor went out of her way to help us get medicine quickly, which we’re deeply grateful for. Her kindness and attentiveness made a real difference to our experience. Saahil was also a fantastic host—responsive and thoughtful. Thank you!

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic plce for big groups. Very hygienic and the caretaker Mr. Samir was very proactive and reactive. Good location and locality.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! If you visit north Goa we highly recommend this airbnb!

The stay was lovely. Our hosts did a great job in with minimal but elegant aesthetics. The clear instructions to maintain the property helped greatly. Gaurav was responsive at all times and responded to our queries promptly. The home has really good artworks, including a beautiful Jamini Roy painting. Our cat loved to sunbathe in the balcony.

La Luxo was a beautiful stay. Nestled in a peaceful place, the rooms were as they were described. The pool and the view from the pool are definitely the USP of the place. Sowmya was a great host and ensured that all our queries were handled appropriately. It was the perfect stay and I would recommend everyone to choose La Luxo if they want a beautiful, peaceful and serene stay with the luxury of a beautiful view and relaxing pool. Would definitely love to come again!

5/5 Stars: A Cozy Haven in the Heart of Candolim! I'm absolutely delighted with my stay at this charming apartment! The location is unbeatable – nestled in a secure complex, just a 10-minute stroll from the Candolim Beach. Just right outside the complex you would find shops catering to all your basic needs, and the friendly guard is always happy to help. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. Plus, bike rentals are conveniently located just around the corner and nearby restaurants provide variety. Our host, Ritika, has been an absolute rockstar! With zero interference, she provided us with all the necessary information in advance and was quick to resolve any issues that arose. One minor suggestion for future improvement: the RO water purifier wasn't functioning during our stay. Installing a new one would be a wonderful addition.
