Beach house holiday rentals in India

We were a group of over 20 people who stayed at Elysium Gateway, and the property was exactly as described. The interiors were thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. I’d especially like to commend the house staff - they kept the place spotless, prepared delicious meals (honestly better than most restaurants we tried), and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The owner and manager were very responsive and even helped us with contacts for tempo travellers. Overall, I strongly recommend this place!

Enjoyed the stay Thanks to our Host Praveen who was quick in responding. The place is very clean and homely We had a couple of problems with the Air conditioner and Wi-Fi to which Praveen responded immediately and were resolved instantly. Great Place…Great Host… Would love to stay again.

The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

We had a comfortable stay! The house was clean and organised and the location of the property is awesome! Beach view from the Porch is definitely the USP of the property.

We had a great stay at this beautiful beach house! The place is spacious with plenty of open areas to relax and enjoy. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we especially loved the amazing kitchen and bar area — perfect for hanging out with friends and family. It was also super convenient to have access to all major food delivery options. Would definitely recommend for a chill beach getaway!

Great location and a wonderful house. We had a good time! We went as a group of 7 women. The house has a caretaker to address any needs or concerns which is good, but at the same time it felt like the caretaker's lingering presence and the presence of cameras particularly around the swimming pool area made it feel like there was limited privacy.

Located within a gated community full of lush greenery. The villa is perfectly appointed and well maintained , full of homely positive vibes. Khushboo is an awesome host and made sure our entire experience was hassle free and memorable. The river being just a few steps away from the house makes the locale feel magical. Beach, restaurants, shopping choices are all nearby adding to the convenience.

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The proximity to the beach and private pool were handy day time activities. Great restaurants nearby and friendly and helpful villa staff. Special shout out to Mowgli, the resident pup, who kept us entertained.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Unica, Serenity Residences in South Goa. It was peaceful and picturesque with a helpful and responsive caretaker. The beach is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around too. It is a bit far off so I would recommend that travellers rent a vehicle for transportation. Public transport seems less available. Overall, worth the money and a wonderful stay indeed!

The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. The best part was 24/7 caretaker . If you are looking for a place to stay with big group just go book it . It’s worth every penny

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Villa is very spacious with large rooms, large balconies and an amazing dining pool area. Furniture, linen and Kitchen were top notch maintained and this was the best villa we stayed in. We moved across multiple properties during our stay. Mobile network signal isn't that great here and so is the case in most of Goa the caretaker and the host both were accommodative and tried their best to do as much as they could. Cleanliness & Hygiene were never an issue and the vibe of the property is very different. you could spend hours enjoying the different spaces of the property be it pool, room balconies or the terrace. Absolutely worth the money and would recommend everyone to stay at this place if a little travel isnt an issue.

Blue Cove Villa is a great place to stay. Very homely and comfortable. The rooms are cozy and clean. Bathrooms are well equipped with good plumbing and hot water. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to have a good dining experience. The plunge pool and outdoor space is tastefully designed. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The host will make sure you will enjoy your experience at the be villa and surrounding areas.

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Karthik's place is very beautifully designed and has a spacious kitchen and patio area outside to unwind. The place was kept very clean and all amenities were provided. The stay has a great location as well which made our travel in Pondicherry very convenient. Karthik was a very responsive host and helped us with recommendations for places to visit and provided us with any amenities we needed promptly. Overall it's a very good stay worth the money.

The place was just as expected. It was exactly the same as shown in pictures. It felt like home. Very cozy and safe place to be at and worth every single penny. It was super safe for kids and all of us had a lot of fun staying here. Thanks to the hosts to be flexible with us and for being patient. Everything was delivered as expected. A peaceful nature escape near Kudle Beach 🌿 We stayed here for 2 nights, and it was such a serene experience. The location is just a 5-minute walk from Kudle Beach through a narrow path — make sure to carry a torch if you’re heading out at night! The area is surrounded by lush fields and beautiful flowers, creating a peaceful, nature-filled atmosphere. The house is actually a charming little hut — so beautiful that words don’t do it justice. It has two cozy rooms and a shared bathroom. While there’s no WiFi or AC, which might be a dealbreaker for some, it was honestly hard to leave! With those additions, I would’ve stayed longer. There’s about a 100-meter walk from the parking lot to the hut, but the host kindly helped us with our endless luggage, which we really appreciated. Speaking of hosts — Seeta and Shiva are absolutely lovely. Such a friendly and welcoming couple, and the rooms were clean and well kept. We’ve always searched for the most comfortable and well-equipped Airbnb in the Konkan region of Maharashtra — and our search ended the moment we found Mandar’s home. Nestled in a serene corner of this beautiful area, his property is now our go-to getaway whenever we visit our favorite destination. The home offers complete privacy and a peaceful atmosphere, making it perfect for working remotely. The WiFi is strong and reliable, and the power backup gave us complete peace of mind during our stay. Mandar was an exceptional host — always prompt, responsive, and eager to accommodate any suggestions we had to make our stay even more comfortable.
