What a lovely stay! The cottage's location right on Keuka Lake was absolutely perfect, offering amazing wildlife and lake activity. We truly appreciated the privacy and genuine homey feel – made us feel immediately comfortable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. We'd definitely stay again!

This location is beautiful! Right on the lake. Easy to go down the stairs to the water. Randall was an excellent host and very responsive. The home is lovely and well kept. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect! We used the canoe and kayaks and had a wonderful time on the lake. We would most definitely rent this again and we’ll keep it on our list! Highly recommend!

Peppermint Cottage was everything we hoped it would be! The scent of peppermint welcomed us upon our arrival. The fireplace and wide-plank floors created a perfect ambiance as we enjoyed the comfortable, cozy living room. The beds were comfy and the sheets crisp and clean. We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to visit again someday.

Thank you for our wonderful stay this weekend. Your place is the quintessential lake cottage. Everything we needed was supplied and at our fingertips, without being overrun with “stuff.” Well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The house was absolutely beautiful with an even more beautiful view, the kayaks and paddle boards were easily accessible and were a ton of fun on the lake, Mary was a great host. We had some weather related incidents and she responded within minutes. The only negative thing I could say is, we should’ve booked it for longer, we didn’t want to leave. It was very fun weekend!

The host was extremely friendly and informative. Their website includes so much info that you literally find everything you need for your stay. Location was amazing and can only recommend.

Our stay was great! The house comfortably accommodated three families and a dog. The location was convenient - close enough to grocery stores and letchworth park. Thank you for having us!

The location was perfect to attend a wedding at Fountainbleu Inn (just a short walk to venue). Also, the location next to lake was wonderful. We had plenty of bedrooms with linens/towels and extras like trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap etc was very nice. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for 10+ people, except crock pot and griddle (which we brought from home). We enjoyed the hot tub and used the propane grill on the large deck. The owner stays close by and was in communication often.

Mary was an incredibly gracious and accommodating host. She has a lovely cottage amidst a very private section of the lake and we felt we had all we needed to enjoy our peaceful retreat.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming, cozy and comfortable house on a quiet street. We so appreciated how well-stocked the bathrooms and kitchen were. The personalized front door code made getting in super easy, and easy to remember. Thanks for a great week!

This lakefront cottage was in a beautiful location and directly on the water, so you could go to sleep and wake up to the peaceful sounds of the lake. Every bit of space was used efficiently, resulting in the place feeling roomier than you may think at first glance. It was even pet-friendly with our dog finding a nice spot right by the door where he could watch all the happenings on the lake no matter what the weather! Thanks for a great weekend stay!

We were celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary and family graduations! This location was close to family, nostalgic in that we used to have family reunions on the lake, and very relaxing and comfortable. Aside from the unseasonably cold weather, it was nice to explore the town, enjoy delicious food and enjoy scenic sunsets on the lake! Would love to return with family in the future! Brian and Melissa were very responsive and we didn't have any issues!

We loved the cabin spent Mothers Day weekend with my family and Grandkids...we definitely would stay again the view is beautiful and the sunset everything meant all our needs

We were going to Watkins Glen for the week and saw this listing and we were so happy to be staying on the water! The directions to find the driveway and house were good. The driveway is a touch long but taking it to get down to the water, literally, is just fine! There are some stairs to get from the driveway to the house, but thats worth it to get down to the water location. House was very cosy inside and we really enjoyed the rustic and cabin like feel. The weather wasn't the best for us, but the view on the water made it better. Warm weather, this place would be everything you need. Dustin was great and even reached out to us to give us the lay of the land since we were bringing a toddler and an infant. We will be looking for this place in the future and it is highly recommended!

The Little House is in a perfect location, near scenic trails and some of the best restaurants, wineries, and breweries in the area. Communication with Hannah and Dustin was great, and they recommended some local spots and even places in another nearby town we were staying in the night before checking in.

We always enjoy staying at Charla's place when visiting my daughter at college. The cozy cottage is just that cozy and clean! Charla is so thoughtful with her welcoming gifts and always includes treats for the dogs as well. Her home is dog friendly and I strongly recommend staying here. It was perfect this past weekend for Cornell graduation! I would absolutely stay here when we are in the area again.

This cottage was the perfect spot for a mini getaway with our family. We loved how close the lake was and enjoyed the cute little park. The cottage is a short drive to many local spots. We enjoyed the ropes course at Bristol, bowling and Kershaw park.

I had a fantastic stay at Joe @ Weimin’s place. Wonderful host, clean house and lovely neighborhood with a lake beach on a walking distance! Would highly recommend

We loved our quick stay at Priscilla's place. It was one of the cleanest airbnb's we've ever stayed in. Very close to town and activities. Loved sitting on the porch and rocking with our coffee! Thanks for everything. Was just great.

“Ventura Lake House “ is nothing short of magical. The cottage is so comfortable and eclectic, furniture with fascinating pieces of art made by the hosts. The living room and bedrooms were extremely comfortable as was every space on the property, inside and outdoors. The kitchen was perfectly outfitted with anything a person might need. Christine even left a special birthday treat for our son and croissants as well as many staples in the fridge. Our favorite part was sitting on an Adirondack chair just watching and listening to Lake Ontario. We will definitely be back again and again. So grateful that Christine and Paul offer this beautiful place — and their many creative talents — for others to enjoy! Thank you!

We are glad that Scott and Diane decided to host us — we had a great time away from busy NYC. We didn’t luck out with the weather, but still had lots of fun exploring Canandaigua. The cottage was very clean and very homey, with every little thing thought of. It made for a very cozy time during the stormy weather. We highly recommend and plan on staying again!

Very nice clean place to stay. There were many extra things prepared, such as towels, linen, cleaning supplies, coffee, spices, cards and games, propane filled grill, fire pit… Comfy sleeping arrangements. Short walk to the playground/beach area. The dock was nice for recreational fishing. It was a nice time! Would love to return.

We were enchanted by Dans lake house. And found it worth every penny. The bed is comfortable, heater works great and the scene is very laid back. The hotels in the area seem to be of the same roadhouse quality, and we are very happy that the cottage was exactly as described. If one is to pay for a hotel it only makes sense to give to an individual instead of a thankless corporation. It is now on our list and we plan on utilizing his chefs table service in the future.
