We had an enjoyable stay. The house was cozy and tastefully furnished. There was plenty of utensils and things in the kitchen for cooking and there were even games for the children to play.

We've stayed at Frankie's multiple times and there's a reason we keep coming back - he's super responsive, the place is always clean, and he has always been super accommodating. We'll probably stay here every time we visit Rochester if it's available!

We had the most incredible stay at the beautifully maintained and thoughtfully appointed Vacatella. The space was spotless, spacious, and filled with little touches that elevated the experience. As a couple who loves to cook, we were thrilled to find such a fully equipped space - sourcing fresh, local meats and produce from nearby farms and markets. We were just minutes from fantastic restaurants, world-class wineries, and a range of water activities, yet it still felt like a peaceful retreat perfect for relaxing and unwinding. As a couple traveling with our dog, we truly appreciated how pet-friendly the space was without sacrificing an ounce of comfort or charm. Our dog was just as happy as we were, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and sunny outdoor spaces. Highly recommend for food lovers, pet parents, and anyone looking for a serene and delicious escape! Vacatella strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, and we can’t wait to return.

Everything was wonderful and we had a great time. The house was perfect and the road was virtually free of traffic and noise. We would absolutely come back. Seneca Falls is such a cute little town with lots to do within an hours drive.

Staying at Tim & Katie's was a pleasant experience because of its location for bicycling and for the home itself. They have decorated tastefully and supplied what is needed for preparing meals and relaxing. Appliances are excellent. It was amusing to find towels to clean our dog's feet immediately at the backdoor as well as poop bags, treats, dish. We bring all of these items, but we were impressed with their provisions for a visiting dog. A nearby county park was perfect for dog walking. In early morning and evening deer gathered in the fields in front and rear of the home. This area is great for bicycling to the west, southwest, and north and within easy reach of the Erie Canal and its path. There are many rural roads with few motorists. The hosts provided a safe place for our bicycles. All in all, the three of us enjoyed our stay.

Plenty of space and amenities for my family of 8 plus a baby. It was pristinely clean and odor-free. I have a sensitive nose, which leads to headaches from both good smells and bad smells. This house has a neutral, clean smell with no perfumes, etc. I will stay here without hesitation next time I'm in the area. Well done! Has a nice washer and dryer in the clean, unfinished basement. Also, a nice pack'n'play for your baby!

Catharine was an amazing host - very responsive and could answer any question we had during the trip! The place itself was gorgeous and even nicer than the photos! Was here for a bachelorette and the location is perfect to get to the town of Geneva and local wineries! We had a great time. The house felt very private as well. I can’t say enough good things!

Sammi’s spot was perfect for our stay. We were about a half hour from Watkins Glen (our purpose for the trip.) The town of Painted Post was adorable and had all the stores we needed. The house was perfectly set up and decorated. We appreciated all of the extras and tiny details she included to make it feel special. The host was very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back for another stay soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Evan's house. The location is great - secluded but not isolated, and not too far from shopping (Wegmans – 15 minutes) and colleges (Ithaca College – 18 minutes). The house was very spacious and tastefully done. For people that like to cook, there is oil, salt, pepper, ketchup and mustard in the kitchen so there's no need to buy or bring them. There were many thoughtful touches, including flashlights by the outside doors, labels by the lights and temperature controls, phone chargers by the beds, and an outside poop bag garbage bin. Our dog really liked running around the property. Evan was super responsive and always got back to me right away.

This was a terrific stay. The hosts communication from beginning to end was as good as can be expected. The home was cozy and well appointed. The property was beautiful and peaceful. 5 stars, will recommend and return again. Thank you!

I loved this place so much! We are definitely going back at some point in the summer for that pool! But everything was perfect and everyone had a great time! The house was so cozy but huge! It felt like we’ve been there forever when we got there, the hot tub was so relaxing especially with the view! I love this place and the driveway isn’t that bad but you will definitely need 4WD! It’s like a fun slow roller coaster lol😂! We also saw a group of turkeys every morning and they were so cute!

Neil's place was the perfect spot for a family reunion. The house was located within walking distance of local restaurants and shops (or a very short drive) and had a nature walking trail just down the street. Neil clearly put great care into making the home comfortable for guests. It was well stocked and appointed. When we cooked dinner our last evening, there were sufficient plates and cooking supplies - a peeler, wine opener, etc. When it rained, we enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the large dining table with a sufficient number of chairs (lots of cards games). There were plenty of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The washer and dryer worked great and he provided the detergent. Will definitely be looking to book Neil's place in the future!

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

Magnificent homestead built in 1855. Beautiful grounds. Loved the animals in the barn. Lovely tennis court and swimming pool. Comfy beds! Martha was totally responsive and helpful. Peaceful and relaxing stay!😊

This is the second time we have stayed at Timothy‘s gorgeous Victorian home. We stayed in a different unit this time and it was just as cozy and clean as the other one. We just love the home, the wood floors, the giant windows and on and on. This is a great location, a quick walk to downtown- coffee, grocery store, restaurants, museums and more. We did have a question for Timothy the first night we arrived and he responded within minutes. He’s a very nice and caring person. We will be staying again :)

This was our first time at the Keuka Lake Beach house cottage. It is exactly as described in listing. Rob greeted us upon our arrival , gave us a quick tour of the cottage and let us know he was just a text away if we needed anything or had any questions. The cottage setting was so relaxing… our favorite part of our vacation was just sitting on the dock and porch deck reading, drawing, and just listening to the gentle lake water sounds. The setting and aura of the cottage on the lake made it a little hard to leave to explore and enjoy the area! We did manage to leave and check out the area’s towns, trails and small stores. We also enjoyed walks along the road right outside of the cottage which has minimal traffic . There is also a wooded trail right across the street from the cottage . Our Golden Retriever also had a great time relaxing and swimming. He made a new friend in Rob’s Labrador, QB(?) We would definitely return to this cottage and highly recommend it.

This was our second time staying here. We love the peaceful location, yet it’s close to all the great local restaurants, breweries, and wineries. The apartment is cozy and comfortable and great hosts. We look forward to coming back!

What a perfect choice for us to spend a relaxing week celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! While it felt remote and in the 'middle of nowhere,' we were only 15 minutes from the quaint little town of Canandaigua. The home was absolutely gorgeous, clean and had everything you'd possibly need. When they say "fully stocked" kitchen, they're not kidding. The bathrooms also had personal care items in case you forgot something. The basement bar is so fun, as was trying the sauna. Being a massage therapist, having an actual massage table was awesome. But the outdoor whirlpool was best! We soaked every night or early morning and loved being outdoors surrounded by nature. The beds & furniture were very comfortable. For those unsuspecting, I would just say be aware of woodland critters that can make it into the house ;) Upon arriving back one night, it was fun to drive slowly up the .5 mile driveway and as we parked under the carport, watch a mama & baby deer at the edge of the woods!

This little apartment was perfect for our stay, very cozy and the host had it very well replenished with anything we may need. Compared to other places available to be scheduled in the area, this is one of the most affordables and the location is perfect.

We had an absolutely magical stay! The setting is straight out of a storybook—peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by nature. Our toddler had the time of her life playing with the friendly farm animals, and it was such a joy watching her light up with every interaction. My wife is still completely mesmerized by the beautiful interior design—thoughtful, cozy, and inspiring in every detail. She’s already planning our next trip back! The hospitality was top-notch and the entire experience felt effortless and welcoming. Even though we missed the sunrise due to overcast skies, waking up early to the calm and quiet was still so worth it. This place is a gem—perfect for families or anyone looking to unwind in a uniquely special setting. Highly, highly recommend!

The property is beautiful and the bus is a convenient place to stay! Maggie is a great communicator, and the farm property was wonderful to walk around. We would happily stay again!
