Gigantic home in beautiful location. Way more room than our party of 12 could ever need. Perfect spot for the extended family coming to the area for Rochester Institute of Technology graduation! If only they could have changed the weather so we could have enjoyed the beautiful backyard of this house!

Perfect location if you want to explore the town of Canandaigua! Right off of Main Street, so very walkable to shopping, restaurants, coffees and more. 25 minute walk to the lake (or a quick and inexpensive Uber). The home felt very cozy and welcoming, with great little touches. Would recommend!

Great stay at Joel’s place! Super peaceful and gave us a lot of privacy with the location. Super close to Penn Yans boat launch with was a bonus. Would love to be back in the future!
