Holiday rentals with breakfast in Canal du Midi

Eric and his partner have lovingly restored and built this property set around the ruins of a 12 Century castle. It is astonishingly beautiful. On the roof terrace there is also a small shared pool. We were here out of season, but it was a lovely hot day, so Eric got up early in the morning to open and clean the pool for us. The inside is equally charming and the nights were super cold, but the heating works extremely well. Eric is an artist and also showed us his atelier- really beautiful paintings. I couldn’t recommend this place more. It is authentic with beautiful surroundings and the nicest possible host. I will recommend this to all my friends and would like to return for an extended stay.

First Aribnb experience for us, and we're not disappointed! Very nice house, comfortable and neat. Maryline was able to adapt to our needs. We were with our children aged 20 months and 4 years, very well equipped on site, it's quite suitable. The house is just next to the city, great location!

Our short stay in the home was magical. Quiet, once the front door was closed, time stopped. Everything is planned to feel good in this cocoon of sweetness and well-being. A quick suggestion: a massage table would have been a plus. But very good value for money, top-notch services! I would say no more.... and leave it to you to discover this charming place. We have already stayed twice in this accommodation and everything is very good. The location is very convenient, not far from the city center but quiet. Great value for the price Hosts are friendly and responsive by message. We recommend it.

We had a great time at Mathieu's place, a nice and responsive host. The apartment is as described, the bedding is excellent. The neighborhood is lively, convenience stores, bakeries, banks, restaurants and bars, everything is a stone's throw away. We even had the surprise of discovering a small market under our windows on Saturday morning. Because of these many amenities if you're light asleep, consider getting earplugs. The metro mouth at the foot of the building is a real plus to crisscross Toulouse. We'll be back without hesitating.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, it is beautiful right by the sea and close to restaurants. Hervé was very friendly and responded quickly to messages. 😊

Original apartment with brick vaults where you can feel good, albeit a little dark, but probably cool in summer. Quiet despite its location in the city center, very convenient for visiting everything on foot. Pascale had some food available for our arrival. Good bedding, large walk-in shower. Only small downside when you come by car, the difficulty of finding a place in the free parking below.

The accommodation was as advertised. The check-in was very cordial, welcoming us with fresh water and giving us very interesting information about the city and its surroundings. Full of amenities! Super-equipped kitchen! Ventilated and with very good natural lighting. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water for bathing. Quiet, even though 50 meters away there is a square with a lot of atmosphere in the afternoons. Easy access to the city center. Next to the cathedral and the old Faculty of Medicine. Without a doubt, an excellent Airbnb to stay again!

Our stay went well, the host is welcoming and flexible with schedules. The apartment is as described, very clean and the host even left us some snacks. The accommodation is very well located, 5 min walk from the train station and 10 min from the city center. The fact that it has a parking space is a real asset. The only negative point we noted, but which does not depend on the host, is the noise at night in the street. Our conclusion is that this is a very good value for the money.

We had a great time at François! The apartment is quiet, bright, cozy and pretty well located. It felt good there. François is considerate and attentive (special mention for breakfast which is rarely offered), and his instructions are clear. Great value for money, I recommend it without a second thought!

Very nice welcome by Catherine who was able to advise me throughout my stay on visits and walks and with whom I was able to have good exchanges. Regarding accommodation, the room is bright and pleasant. The shared spaces are also very pleasant and the terrace is a real plus. Very good stay about 10 minutes' walk from the center but quiet, so very well located.

We had a wonderful stay with Jean-Francois et Violaine. It was a wonderfully calm, elegant space with their artwork and ceramics enhancing the minimalist vibe. Comfy bed and wonderful to have a little kitchenette and fridge. I also loved reading Violaine’s lovely art books. The breakfast was a feast for the eyes and stomach lovely pastries, yoghurt, beautifully arranged fruit and bread with jams and goats cheese. So generous! They also kindly let us leave our cases after check out so we could go to Monoprix to grab some linen shirts and trousers. Great value and quality! We enjoyed food at Mr H (great seafood risotto) close by and the prix fixe at bistro Blasco at place Carnot. There is a wonderful wine bar on the way to the cite called cave urbaine fond Cypres where we enjoyed lovely local wines and mountain cheese before going up to the cite to watch the sunset. The market on a Saturday is also huge fun and very reasonable fruit and veg. We would love to go back!

Very good welcome by the hostess, clean and pretty apartment very cozy. very nice hot tub space outside. Very comfortable bedding. Amazing breakfast (fresh orange juice squeeze, fresh baked goods, slices of breads, jam, yoghurt, fruit, coffee/hot chocolate). Everything was perfect. I recommend it!

We loved staying here, Eric was so lovely and welcoming while Sarah was away, and we communicated through google translate as we unhelpfully don't speak French. He was always accommodating and friendly, helpful with our bags and washing, and was a pleasure to chat to. Thank you for having us 💓

Mathias was a great host. He welcomed us to the accommodation and provided an amazing breakfast. The surroundings are beautiful with views of the river and Devil's Bridge. Lots to see around and about. Easy to walk in to the village. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good shower and lots of spaces to sit outside.
