Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

The Duck Shed, a retreat to explore from.

A pretty colonial style self catering chalet, with a three sided terrace, in the beautiful undulating countryside near Lautrec. The Duck Shed shares the two hectares green space with the main farmhouse, outbuildings and numerous large trees. The building is self sufficient, designed for two people but with a convertible double sofa in the living area. It is clad with beautiful old walnut planks and is a picture of serenity. The decor is simple and characterful, modern with warmth and charm.

Cozy Tiny House, quiet, under the oaks

Come and stay alone, as a couple (or with family) in this atypical accommodation. This Tiny House, made of wood, was custom designed, decorated and furnished by me. Located under a beautiful oak tree, it will be the perfect base for discovering the region, or simply relaxing in a quiet corner of greenery. It has all the comforts in a minimalist version: equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, real toilet, mezzanine bedrooms, air conditioning, TV, private garden...

Chez Federico et Pierre: the trapper's refuge

Small house of 6m2 with covered terrace and large hanging relaxation net, perched in the middle of the trees in a quiet setting. First human presence (we!) 200m away: you will be alone in the middle of the woods. The walking access for 300m has a steep slope part. Coffee and tea are available. We offer homemade meals. Bedding provided, towels not provided. Communication via Airbnb, because the phone does not pick up well from us (in the cabin it's good).

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

1 hour from Toulouse and 10 minutes from Foix, the "Prat de Lacout" estate will seduce you with its calm, beauty and breathtaking view of the Pyrenees. "La Petite Ariégeoise", an unusual charming cabin, built in local wood and natural materials, is a unique design. With an area of 20 m2, it is equipped with multiple amenities for great comfort. On the terrace, relax in the Nordic bath heated by a wood fire and enjoy breakfast in the sun!

Independent and warm studio on the outskirts of the small village of Ganac. Single-story and carefully decorated, it has all the comforts necessary for a relaxing stay in a green setting. At the foot of the hiking trails, it is only 5 minutes from the historic center and the amenities of the city of Foix. Secure parking, outdoor area with views of nature! Les Baillessats - a holiday resort for those who seek peace and love unspoiled nature. Especially suitable for individualists is our beautiful, old circus cart (Roulotte). It stands roofed and sheltered on a large meadow at the horse stable with fantastic views of the Pyrenees and the Gorges de Galamus. The Roulotte accommodates two people, with double bed, a small integrated kitchen and dining area.
