It will be a pleasure to welcome you to the 13 square meter studio adjoining the air-conditioned house since 07/2025. it is completely independent with its own entrance its own bathroom, toilet, kitchen and 140*190 bed with an excellent new bultex mattress,TV with Chromecast and Netflix, wifi Fully equipped, everything will be provided,both for the kitchen, sleeping.. close to Toulouse, Airbus, airport.. delivery of keys upon arrival in person.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

The accommodation comprises a living room and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with bay windows, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x200), 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a toilet, a bathroom with shower and sink, 2 terraces. It is surrounded by meadows and forests. The altitude is 750m, the distance to Foix 5km. Sheets, towels, kitchen towels and essential cooking product are provided. Electricity and water costs are included in the rental price.

Parking, entrance and terrace are private and the pool is shared. The whole is suitable for 4 people and not recommended for families with small children (<5 years old). (staircase, pool)
