Holiday rentals with a balcony in Canal du Midi

Very well located apartment (first beach a few minutes away and shops nearby) and about thirty minutes walk to the city center walking along the corniche. Parking was pretty easy - at least in May. The accommodation is very well equipped despite its reduced size and the bedding is of good quality. I want to clarify our reservations about the quality of communication: all the information needed for check-in and check-out was provided and was quite satisfactory. On the other hand, we tried to call the agency when we arrived - a holiday - and there was no response or reminder, and the same happened for the attempt to communicate in writing… This is unfortunate, because this listing really met our expectations. We're ready to believe this was an exceptional malfunction.

Perfectly located home For one person, it is more than enough and good value for money I would recommend it

The place is a little far from downtown and the beach. St-Cyprien is so extensive that it is necessary to take the car or bikes to go there. Other than that, the accommodation is great with a very nice big balcony.

The apartment was functional but too costly for what it was. A few disturbing details, no sheets or towels, two empty-hand soaps... Faultless location.

Everything is in place so you don't have to ask questions. Not far from the center. The presence near the rail is in no way annoying and does not cause any noise. Absolutely nothing to say

My host was very attentive and considerate. he was even kind enough to buy new pots and pans and bring them back to me because I had a problem with the electric plate...

Enajite's house is located in the heart of Agde and is one of the most beautifully maintained house i have stayed in.She and Stéphanie were always very quick to act and communicate whenever we faced any issue.Highly recommended by me!

My family and I stayed here for 10days in mid June. The Villa was lovely, very spacious and airy and peaceful. It was great having the pool and lovely garden (despite the mosquitos who loved our Irish blood unfortunately!) and the views of the mountains was spectacular. Our host was very accommodating regarding the check-in and checkout times (our flights were a bit awkward) and she was on hand when we thought there was an issue with the pool (there wasn't!). The local town, Saint Genis, was quaint and everyone was very friendly and helpful (we unfortunately had to visit the pharmacy a couple of times). Argeles and Collioure were only 15-20 mins drive away, very easy to get to with loads of nice restaurants to check out and my Dad enjoyed his daily morning swim at the peaceful Plage du Racou. All in all it was a great stay at the Villa. One small note, it would have been nice to have had towels provided for the stay, we bought some in the supermarket. Other than that, perfect!

Pleasant house. The garden and swimming pool are very well maintained and very pleasant. Close to a multitude of places to discover. Mr. Roux is very kind and very welcoming. I recommend it.

The accommodation was superb! The residence is quite large but we found the accommodation quite easily, very close to the sea and some commerce!

Ideally located facing the sea. There is ample free parking right across. The residence's swimming pool is pleasant. Clean house. We would recommend it.

Perfect stay beautiful apartment and beautiful location! Only downside there was no basic seasoning ( salt pepper oil etc) and it's a shame to have to buy everything when you spend a few days! but we'll be back with the essentials!
