Monthly Rentals in Callerton

No problems internally, flat was as expected, hosts were great, really good communication and very attentive. The accommodation is really let down by the communal areas, which are not well kept.

We had a lovely stay at James and Mark’s place and couldn’t recommend it enough. The house is beautiful—you can really tell that a lot of care, time, and investment have gone into making it feel special. Thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge and fresh ground coffee were also very much appreciated. The location is excellent—just a 20-minute cab or bus ride into Newcastle city centre and even closer to the airport. We went for a run round nearby Ponteland and Darras Hall area and it was a stunning route through meadows and wooded paths. James and Mark were great at responding to messages and very kind, offering us lots of flexibility on check in and check out. Thank you both for a wonderful stay—we hope to return soon!

Craig's house is perfect as a base for the area. Everything was fresh and clean and I felt very much at home for my stay. Extremely quiet neighbourhood and a small Sainsbury's not very away (5 minute drive) for any shopping bits you need. Many thanks for a lovely trip.

Emma and Tony were amazing hosts, so responsive and friendly, they have an amazing place close to convenient shops and not far from town centre, will definitely be staying here again
