A wonderful and cozy place, I felt at home very comfortable bathrooms and clean the area is perfect to rest since no one bothers a very central place to reach anywhere you want to go 5 minutes from downtown

I recently stayed at Greeley Vector and had a great experience from start to finish. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was clear and easy. The location is convenient, especially if you’re working nearby or just passing through the area.

We had a great stay at this quiet, clean condo in Boulder. The host, Michelle, was very helpful and communicative throughout our visit. We were in town for the Bolder Boulder, and the location was ideal for watching the race—runners went right by the complex! However, because the race route closed off the street, we couldn’t drive in or out that morning and ended up walking about a mile to the start and back from the finish. Michelle kindly offered to have her husband drive us to the start, which was such a thoughtful gesture, but unfortunately, the road closures made that impossible. She also generously allowed us a late checkout so we could shower and clean up after the race before heading home, which we really appreciated. The snacks on the counter and cold water in the fridge were a nice, welcoming touch. Overall, a comfortable and peaceful stay—we’d definitely come back!

It was such a treat staying at Susan’s place. It definitely had a rural vibe to it with a beautiful setting. She definitely has an artistic vibe which made the place relaxing. If you have time during your stay have a chat with Susan. She is a master-class conversationalist and just so interesting to talk with.

Definitely would stay again!

Julian’s place is an absolute gem for those seeking to be surrounded by a peaceful environment. It’s close enough to Boulder center while being out of the hustle and bustled it’s also connected to wonderful biking trails. I would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this mountain condo. It was super comfortable and accommodating for our family of four. Check in and check out was super quick and easy, and the host was quick to respond to questions. Views of the Twin Sisters and a bit of Lake Estes could be seen from the balcony, and we enjoyed frequent visits from hummingbirds. There was plenty of fans to bring in the cool mountain air and we were very comfortable without air conditioning even in the middle of August. There is a nice, new set of nonstick pans in the kitchen, although they tend to slide off the burners as they heat up.

Wonderful stay! Clean space, well equipped kitchen, good wifi, communicative. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a stay in Central Boulder. Downtown Pearl St was an easy 10 min drive and Rocky National Park was only an hour away

The perfect spot for our stay in Fort Collins! The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed :).

The house was great. Nice and clean and well equipped. Did have trouble trying to figure out which number we were in. Unit was down a corridor we thought led to the units back yard so it was confusing. Could use a motion light as it is very dark going back to the unit with several steps going up and down.

Phenomenal place for those looking to visit places like boulder or golden and avoid the hassle of the town

Be prepared for 3 flights of stairs! The place is nice and quiet and close to the down town and all the hit areas. Very cute. Missing bedding for pull out couch but she was super responsive and the place was nice. On site laundry on 1st floor and access to a gun, game room, pool, bikes, etc.

Beautiful, clean cabin. Loved the quick walk to the lake. Hot tub and grill were great, kitchen is full of anything you need. Very, very clean. Loft area was nice for extra space. Will rent again. Very quiet and dark at night, peaceful. Restaurant and spa walking distance and great food and services. Close to RMNP and the peak to peak scenic byway, which were amazing and close to downtown Estes which was very fun.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Ryan’s place and it is one of our favorites. He does an amazing job at making his guest feel right at home. The home is very spacious , with a nice kitchen that’s well stocked with spices and cooking supplies and pretty much every kitchen appliance you could ever need on vacation. The living area nice and there is a huge fenced in back yard with grass. My pups had a blast. The host is very responsive and a huge help. Hope we are able to stay with him again in the future

Would definitely stay again. We traveled with two young kids and this host was extremely accommodating. They had toddler beds, toys, a pack and play and sound machines which helped out the kids tremendously! This place met all our needs. The sweetest host that left thoughtful snacks and notes. Very responsive. You won’t regret staying here.

Jared’s place was clean, comfortable and had the little touches like coffee, detergents and plenty of towels. My family and I were very comfortable. Also it was right next to the Loveland Loop which we thoroughly enjoyed. My sure to walk a mile towards Walmart and see all the praise dogs.

Conveniently located to Ft Collins for anything you need, Rocky Mountain National Park was extremely easy to get to and about ten minutes from 25. The kitchen, living room and dinning area was very spacious/comfortable for our party. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and our boys enjoyed playing with some of the lawn games provided. The outdoor gas fireplace was perfect for the chilly evenings and conversations. The two bedrooms upstairs we did notice the car traffic at night, but otherwise that was not an issue. Overall this location was perfect for our trip with a peaceful country setting. Next time we are in the area we will definitely entertain staying here again. Thanks!

The house, yard and patio area were all amazing! By far the cleanest Air BnB that I have ever stayed in! It had absolutely everything we needed- VERY well stocked! We never really know what to expect and were pleasantly surprised by how well the kitchen was stocked, made it feel like home. We had our two dogs with us and the fenced in yard made our trip sooo much better. We were able to sit outside, grill and exercise the dogs. Amazing place! Would highly recommend for a family with pets looking to cook at home and spend time together!

We had a pleasant stay at Liz and Steven’s place! The home was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described, with a great location that made exploring the area easy. Liz and Steven were clearly dedicated to ensuring guests have a smooth experience, providing detailed house rules and frequent communication to keep everything on track. While we appreciated the thoroughness, the volume of messages prior to our stay and the highly specific guidelines felt a bit overwhelming at times. A more concise summary of key rules or fewer check-ins might make the experience even more relaxing for future guests. That said, Liz and Steven were responsive and clearly cares deeply about their property and guests’ comfort. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others looking for a well-maintained home with a host who goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly.
