I recently stayed at Greeley Vector and had a great experience from start to finish. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was clear and easy. The location is convenient, especially if you’re working nearby or just passing through the area.

Julian’s place is an absolute gem for those seeking to be surrounded by a peaceful environment. It’s close enough to Boulder center while being out of the hustle and bustled it’s also connected to wonderful biking trails. I would definitely stay again.

Muito boa a localização, casa aconchegante e com todos os recursos necessários para se morar. O bairro era muito tranquilo e silencioso, acesso fácil a pé para mercado, farmácia, restaurantes e o downtown. Recomendo a estadia.

Be prepared for 3 flights of stairs! The place is nice and quiet and close to the down town and all the hit areas. Very cute. Missing bedding for pull out couch but she was super responsive and the place was nice. On site laundry on 1st floor and access to a gun, game room, pool, bikes, etc.

Would definitely stay again. We traveled with two young kids and this host was extremely accommodating. They had toddler beds, toys, a pack and play and sound machines which helped out the kids tremendously! This place met all our needs. The sweetest host that left thoughtful snacks and notes. Very responsive. You won’t regret staying here.

I was nervous about using an Airbnb again after a bad experience a couple years ago. I’m so glad I gave the service another chance. This place met and exceeded my family’s expectations. This was perfect for our weeklong stay. My kids (5months and 3yo) had plenty of safe room to play. The hosts were so helpful and hospitable. Perfect experience.

We reserved this beautiful home for a friend’s 40th birthday. There were 8 of us and there was way more room than we needed. It was the perfect place to celebrate with friends and we would highly recommend it.

Conveniently located to Ft Collins for anything you need, Rocky Mountain National Park was extremely easy to get to and about ten minutes from 25. The kitchen, living room and dinning area was very spacious/comfortable for our party. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and our boys enjoyed playing with some of the lawn games provided. The outdoor gas fireplace was perfect for the chilly evenings and conversations. The two bedrooms upstairs we did notice the car traffic at night, but otherwise that was not an issue. Overall this location was perfect for our trip with a peaceful country setting. Next time we are in the area we will definitely entertain staying here again. Thanks!

Liz and Steven were clearly dedicated to ensuring guests have a smooth experience, providing detailed house rules and frequent communication to keep everything on track. While we appreciated the thoroughness, the volume of messages prior to our stay and the highly specific guidelines felt a bit overwhelming at times. A more concise summary of key rules or fewer check-ins might make the experience even more relaxing for future guests. That said, Liz and Steven were responsive and clearly cares deeply about their property and guests’ comfort. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others looking for a well-maintained home with a host who goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly.
