The apartment features high-quality appliances and thoughtful extras: smart home automation for effortless control of lights and devices, a turntable for vinyl lovers, a top-tier TV, a work-friendly monitor, fast internet, and strategically placed outlets and chargers. These details make it perfect for both leisure and remote work. A minor issue arose, but the host was outstanding—quickly resolving it with care and professionalism. Highly recommended for a hassle-free, delightful stay in a refined and welcoming space!

Kathrina and Seth were amazing hosts! Super responsive and made sure we had all the communication channels open. :) They’re in the heart of Crown Heights surrounded by so many restaurants, deli’s, shops, and a gym closeby! We stayed for a month in February and their home was a warm haven after being out in the winter cold. Their kitchen was full of everything you needed for a perfect stay home meal, or a cozy place to indulge in your take-out. We were a group of 4 friends, 2 of us we’re moving to NYC. After staying here, we love it so much we ended up choosing to stay in Brooklyn. :) 10 out of 10 will recommend.

Insane deal for what it’s worth. Great little area in the heart of Brooklyn with lots of Caribbean restaurants, with Italian and Hispanic options nearby as well. Jason is a very polite and helpful host, pleasure speaking with him. Can’t recommend this little apartment enough, I’d even say it’s underpriced for what you get.

It was a true pleasure staying at Jacintha's place. Looked just like the photos. Spacious with modernized amenities and a comfortable bed. Jacintha was incredibly welcoming and communicative, enensuring a smooth check-in. She went above and beyond to help me prior to my check-in date . The Apartment was clean and well- maintained, perfectly located for my shopping needs. Ten minutes walk to the Subway. A very safe neighborhood. I felt right at home and will definitely recommend staying there to anyone visiting New York. Jacinth you are the best. God Bless you
